The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. Prices are fair for the quality of the work. We have been very happy with the craftsmanship. The custom nature of these orders means there is a wait time, but we were in no rush and were very happy with the products we got. I will highlight that we specifically asked about low VOC finishes and were assured that's what they use. When our bed arrived, it had no smell. Our dresser does have a very strong smell and it does transfer onto clothes still, even though we aired out of room for a day after it arrived, wiped it down, and it's been 4 weeks now. White glove delivery was also included and both times (it was two separate orders, months apart) the delivery people were professional and were careful about placing items where we wanted, and not damaging anything while entering our home / navigating stairs and tight corners.

We paid for the time to figure that out plus one more mover added 45 mins later. They were quick, but clearly, 2 of the 3 movers had little experience and were really not up for the heavy lifting. They rushed through everything and were reluctant to put things anywhere but the garage. To be honest, I did not WANT them bringing more into the house because they were getting careless. In the end, we had A LOT of broken items. We had a number of heirlooms that were shattered, not cracked, shattered. They even managed to completely shatter an entire case of glass jars that were still in their original box, as safe as could be possible. This only could have happened if a stack of boxes fell over in the truck. I moved 4 houses this year already. These were the most inexperienced and least customer focused as well as the most costly yet.

They do have the expensive, lifetime guaranteed, Felco pruners from Switzerland. If you climb rocks for fun - think Smith Rock - they have a larger selection of climbing ropes, ascenders, descenders, and harnesses than any local outdoor store. Petzl is their main brand. They also have arborist belts from Buckingham. If you need long rope, they can provide it up to 600 feet. They have a huge indoor warehouse by their showroom. They have a large lot filled with machinery. If you were a landscaping company or a tree service company they have machines for you to buy. They have grinders, skids, lift trucks and more. The staff is knowledgeable but they are used to dealing with professionals, not so much homeowners.
