I wanted to take it to my mechanic before buying it but the salesperson told me that the warranty I was buying would cover absolutely everything so said there was no need to do that. I went there multiple times asking the manager to help resolve the issues and he was no help whatsoever. I would never recommend doing business with this horrible company!!!!!!

Also the owner/manager of the dealership took interest in the sale by calling me to try and speed up the process, after which I could never get in touch with him after deciding to purchase the vehicle. Trying to make a long story short, I get the car the first week after New Years. I bring it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected for state registration. I get a report that the a/c belt failed because it is shredding and that there is a bad oil leak coming from the oil pan. I cannot pass the state inspection without the fixing the belt and removing the tint that had been put on. Granted the tint was not the dealership's fault but the belt and oil leak should have been found and fixed before selling the car. I express this to the salesman that I had dealt with and he down plays the problems, I guess he did not understand that without a new belt I will not pass inspection. He states that his master mechanic will contact me and tell me that the inspecting dealership is trying to rip me off. When I got the car back I began looking at the oil pan leak and I think whoever did the last oil change (probably the dealership before selling) put too much oil in it as the dipstick marked the level almost half way up the stick. I do not think I have seen an engine over filled as badly as this. I think the mark of a good dealership is that you are want to return to them to purchase another vehicle. I would not be willing to go back to Coast to Coast Imports for anything.

WOW!!!!! GREAT DEALERSHIP! No silly gamesmanship, no BS, nothing that was not EXCEPTIONAL!…read more Matt Pontius was an amazing sales guy......no pressure, just amazing competence! I've bought a lot of cars over the years and did not look forward to dealing with the normal issues of buying a car, but these guys made it easy to do the deal. Patrick in the closing office for the paperwork was more professional than I have even experienced in a car dealership. These folks sell a quality car at a fair price. No need for drama of any kind. NOTHING BUT ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS FROM THE ENTRY TO THE EXIT. The car was perfect in every way and better than described. Also, FRITZ is a terrific guy if you can catch him. He is the history of modern car ownership! I wish that every car dealer would take their example and live it.

They wouldn't negotiate on price until I got a PPI which was scheduled for Monday morning - the earliest appt available. We arranged for me to pick up the car early Monday morning before they opened. I arrived and the salesman smiles and says, it's gone! He sold the car on Saturday. No call. No first right of refusal. No courtesy. Nothing. This car was a specialty color that is very rare. I was in love with the car and was ready to pay cash on Thursday night, but they wouldn't even discuss it before I got the PPI. That's super fishy. Is it because you were holding it for another buyer? Is it because I'm a young woman? Is it because I'm Black? Doesn't matter. It was wrong. I think it was his smile that sent me over the edge. Nothing about this situation was joyous. I will never return and I hope no one else does, either. Shame on you, Fritz!

I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago and your dealership is located in my back yard. I took the time to read a couple of the reviews posted in your yelp, the one that really irked my soul is the person that low balled you on one of your vehicles lol the asking price was $23,000 and he offered you guys $20,000. He said He drove about an hour away blah blah blah the reason you drove an hour away because you know it's was a GREAT DEAL! People think just because they drive from far away think like they deserve a better deal. Smh Noblesville import keep up the good work I love the newly paved asphalt. you guys did a fantastic job and I love how you guys keep the front lot looking clean also thank you for cutting down the tree on my back yard. I'm in the car business so I know how customers can be pain and unrealistic and he was one of them! One day when I'm free I will walk in and introduced my self. :)

The paint faded and the patch tore about a month after I bought the car. I asked Eric to have his sub quality repair warrantied as he misrepresented the car, and he would not return emails or calls. They buy cars cheap from auctions and do little to no inspections and hopes of selling them quickly to unsuspecting buyers.

Ski boats and other vehicles into a business. I just bought 3 cars from Sam and will likely buy more as our family has the need. I have not bought a vehicle from a dealer in many decades. This used car fiasco we are in caused me to step into the uncomfortable zone of calling dealers. Thankfully I found Sam. Sam is not only pleasant, honest, above reproach has good taste in cars, he is also extremely fair! I walked out of there last with 2 cars (a Camry for my son and an ES350 for my daily driver) they were both so well represented as well as fair I came back yesterday for an Odyssey for my wife. All 3 cars are beyond my expectations for a very fair price. Excellent by appointment type car dealer! This is not a typical what the what type clown show that most dealerships (both new and used) have become. If Sam doesn't have it he will get it and you will likely be very happy with your car. Thank you Sam!
