It was wonderful working with Steve because he helped alleviate some of the wedding planning stress by keeping the line of communication open and making professional suggestion. Steve was also extremely pleasant to work with because of his personal demeanor and calm presents. He also exemplified professional traits before, during, and after the event by responding to emails and phone calls in a timely matter, arriving to the wedding on time, and by finishing the final product in a reasonable fashion. My daughter, her husband, our friends and family, and I love our memorable video that Steve created for us. We were contemplating over the cost and rather we should spend money on video and photography but that investment was the best investment we made. I anticipated it could be challenging to do pictures with a toddler but boy it was even harder than I thought lol. Our toddler gets shy sometimes, but Valeria was so gentle with her, at the end of the session, our toddler even gave Valeria a random leaf, it means "I like you" in toddler language. Everyone in my family commented how kind and professional Valeria was. Thanks to Google :). Professionalism 5/5 : When I reach out to Ray. He was calm and very accommodating. He answered my questions and the day and date was fixed. Ray and his wife are not only professional but also very gentle and warm. I felt so comfortable having Shabnam handled my newborn. Their professionalism and compassion were top notch. I love how both worked so hard to capture beautiful moments. They brought their little studio and took amazing pictures. Affordability 5/5: while the big names charge insanely. (Although, i understand the vulnerability and complexity handling newborn and amount spent to edit pictures ), I found Kabiri studio a godsend for people who are in budget but also wanted to capture the newborn session. I got lucky as I was able to grab his special discount. Having that discount allowed me to add family pictures. Even though it took us more than 1 hour for the photoshoot, Kabiri studio were generous and gave further discount. I could further tell, both Ray and Shabnam do this with heart and love their work. The newborn and family pictures were great. Thank you for taking ample pictures for us to select. I wish I could select all. The photoshoot itself was very affordable however if anyone go down to their studio in Brentwood their rates are even more affordable. I am very thankful to have come across Kabiri studio and have newborn and family picture taken by them. I love how Ray puts his customer over profit. We loved how they would give gentle reminders for posture or suggestions for poses to make sure we look amazing. Throughout the shoot, both Nan and Jamie checked in with me to make sure I was feeling okay and reassured me we would get all the shots envisioned. Before the big day, Nan not only provided us with vendor recommendations, but she also checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything booked. They really went above and beyond to make this experience easy and memorable. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a photographer! They also have a beautiful collection of wedding dresses for rent! I went dress fitting at many locations around the bay and none of the dresses I tried on could match to theirs. While the collection may be smaller than other places, I felt like the quality and overall aesthetic of each dress was unmatched.
