Driver's side window died without warning in down position. Started to rain after parking, so I had to cover open window with a towel around 4am. More rain was expected later in the AM, so I did a quick Google search for repair. Called and left message. My call was returned around 7a. Got placed on Carlo's work orders for that AM and by Noon he'd arrived and replaced my window motor. Quick, convenient, mobile, reasonably priced. Carlos was called to my BMW driver's window he came back the next day with a regulator and somehow installed it on August 8th then November 15th I called to report the window wa not working he came by opened the door and told me the part was defective and I had to pay for another part. He is very deceptive and will not disclose where he purchase the junk part that was not up to standard. Why do I have to pay you again after paying $318.00 in August. Took my car to BMW and I was told the part was a junk and I had to replace the regulato . He obviously supports a junk yard for parts. He has not returned the my money and I refuse to recommend this devious underhanded business man.. Will post on BBB site. read more

O Carlos was great. I was quoted $350 plus tax for my window repair. This includes a one yr warranty on the service. This was the best deal with warranty I'd comes across and the cherry on top was Carlos actually came to me!! Carlos was great. He arrived when he said he would and worked quickly. The grand total was actually $381 "after taxes" but Carlos was able to get the total down to $375. I had a window issue in my Mustang, wouldn't go up or down and was stuck half way. Called around to several shops in the area and it was a 3 to 4 day wait for an appointment. Called and talked to Carlos, he quoted me 2 prices for the repair, 1 if only 1 part was needed and a second if 2 parts were broken. I decided to give him a call and he gave me a pretty decent quote for all three issues, considering I'd be spending at least 1,500 at the dealership. Though I asked him so many questions, he was able to answer all of my concerns without a doubt.
