I hired Blessed Electrical (Jacob Garner) to replace an electrical panel and stop persistent…read morebreaker trips. Work was done August 25-30, 2025, based on a $1,500 quote. After the job I continued to have breaker trips and became concerned, so I had a licensed electrician inspect the work. The licensed electrician found multiple safety and code issues that required immediate repair: reused old breakers in the new panel, an unclean and painted panel, no fire protection around the feeder entrance, and a grounding wire not connected to the grounding bus (5 total violations of the National Electric Code). I paid $1,660 to a different, properly licensed contractor to correct those issues and an additional $1,260 to upgrade outlets to GFCI for safety -- a total of $2,920 to fix the job. When I checked his license, I discovered it had been suspended since February 29, 2024. I showed him a screenshot on September 4, 2025, and he acknowledged in writing that his license was not active and it had not been for over a year. Blessed Electric proceeded to reactivate his license after being called out and demanded payment 3x of the original quote. Following this, I received repeated and unwanted communications from him that caused me serious concern. I documented those interactions and reported them to the police and the Contractors State License Board. I previously included photos and details showing examples of the electrical issues and license status. That evidence was removed by Blessed Electric due to Yelp's moderation process: PHOTOS TO AVOID (Will Likely Get Removed) Even if they're true or part of your evidence, these can trigger Yelp's moderation filters: Screenshots of text messages or emails Considered private communication -- Yelp removes for "personal dispute." Court or police documents - Yelp flags legal paperwork and case numbers as "posting personal/legal info." I have inspection reports, photographs of the panel installation and repairs, invoices from the licensed contractor who corrected the work, proof of the CSLB complaint I filed, and official court documents related to a civil harassment restraining order that was granted. These records substantiate my experience, and I'm happy to provide verification if needed as well as public court records. I also have MANY photos of text messages showing why my civil harassment restraining order was granted and the personal messages showing all the National Electric Code violations committed by Jacob / Blessed Electric and him admitting guilt on not having an active license while performing electrical work. I strongly suggest everyone avoid Jacob / Blessed Electric.
