It did take some follow up on Monday to figure out when it would be done, but eventually got the car back and all the warning lights were off and it's been working well for a few months now. After those discussions, I was instructed to drop my vehicle off, which I did, delivering it to Kevin as requested. From there, the experience quickly became frustrating and raised serious concerns. Kevin informed me that I was required to pay in cash, yet he did not initially provide me with an invoice explaining the charges or payment terms. When I later received the invoice, it appeared to contradict what I had been told in person. The invoice stated that only 50% was due at the start of the repairs and listed multiple payment methods, making the insistence on cash-only payment confusing and, in my view, misleading. When I questioned these inconsistencies and asked for clarification, I requested multiple times to speak directly with the owner. Kevin repeatedly refused my requests, leaving me with no opportunity to address my concerns with management. The lack of transparency, inconsistent information, refusal to allow me to speak with the owner, and poor communication left me with very little confidence in how this business operates. I expect an auto repair shop to provide clear pricing, accurate documentation, and honest communication. Instead, I left feeling that I could not trust the information I was being given. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had, and I would not return or recommend William's Auto Repair based on my experience.

Code P0302 - my mechanic immediately said that that was an expensive fix and would take a few days to see what the issue was. A mechanic name Eric asked me the issue and connected it to read the error code and immediately lifted the hood to check the issues. Within 15 min he knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a quick quote for labor. Probs my half what my regular mechanic would have charged. I asked him how many days would I need to leave it and he said he would work on it this afternoon and have it ready next day. I called the next day at 2pm and my jeep was ready to go with an unbelievable price. Eric knew exactly what he was doing and refused to put a cheap part in to save on money.
