I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.

There wasn't availability when I called in the morning, but late afternoon I tried again and they told me to come ahead on in . Once again, I just waited and for it to be done whcih went by pretty quick and did an all around check for my road trip. The pricing is reasonable and average of some other shops. I do wish they were open on Saturdays as that's much better for my timing . I would recommend them as a knowledgeable and friendly place to take your car.

Tire Kingdom looked at it and said they don't want to touch it and there's nothing they can do to fix it as it's Jiffy Lube's responsibility. So now I'm sitting here with a car that is not operable and both shops don't know how to fix it, however, both said I should go to Japanese Auto Care to get it fixed. I came to Japanese Auto Care early Monday morning, fully expecting them to tell me to take it to a Mazda dealership or that they would be too busy to take me. To my pleasant surprise, that was not the case at all. Jimmy immediately said he would be able to get it taken care of and get me up and running same day. Jimmy called around to make sure that someone was able to provide the studs that were specific to my car, and kept me updated along the way. More importantly, while I sat there waiting for my car to be done (in a very clean and comfortable waiting room might I add), lots and lots of people filtered in and out, either picking up or dropping off, speaking to Jimmy as if they were family, considering they have been coming here for so long. Jimmy answered every single phone call that came through no matter how busy he was, and had such a kind and professional demeanor with each individual person he spoke to. Within a few hours I was finally headed home, thanks to Jimmy and team. They were able to do what other "popular" and corporate auto body shops couldn't. I know one thing that I have struggled with for the 11 years I've had my car, is finding a trustworthy, dependable mechanic, and I think I have finally found the one.

I came to Jimmy at Japanese Auto Care, and it turns out I didn't even need all those other repairs quoted by the other place. Jimmy took care of what needed fixing and the car has been running smoothly, like new, ever since.
