An employee pointed me toward several models, and I spotted a Bosch--one I've always wanted--on clearance. A gentleman and a lady both told me I could "probably" buy that one and went to check. A few minutes later, I was told no--they wouldn't sell the floor model, and it wasn't available to order online. I pulled up Lowe's own website right there, and sure enough, the exact same model was available for online purchase--it's even in my cart right now. I don't appreciate being lied to, and I especially don't appreciate being denied the chance to buy a clearance item that's clearly still here just because they don't want to go through the hassle of replacing the display.
