    What a shame! I happen to know the customer username Harry S. Over 30 years. I witnessed him raise his son on his own and always everyone else first. He is a stand up guy and for this dealership to have taken advantage of him is a shame. He even tried to get me to look at a Speed 400 they had and I was waiting to decide on it. Then it turned out they lied and deceived him, pulled a bait and switch on the price and did some shady paperwork havto do with signature and price. He also shared his video with me with the meeting he had with their finance manager, where he was very disrespectful and was yelling and cursing at him. With all thst going on, do not want to deal with any of that so I decided to go elsewhere and got me the Speed 400 in the Caspian Blue! Smooth transaction, no games, lies, o deception or unethical practices, the price we agreed on was the price that I paid. No shady paperwork to worry about. Thank you to Harry's S. For sharing. It looks like I avoided a very bad situation..... why take a gamble with these people, when there are so many other dealerships out here that run an honest business and actually charge you what you actually agree on, regarding the price. From the sales rep to the sales manager to the finance manager, all in it together... I hope people do their research before buying anything from these people. Looks like it happens to others by the reviews. Their reviews on Yelp are even worse. Love my new bike.

    I bought my very first motorcycle a little over a year ago. A 2023 Honda Rebel 500. It was such a great and easy experience. The floor sales associate, Daniel, was extrememly knowledgeable & attentative. Between him and Tyler,( who I believe is management) helped me so much in my decision w/ out trying to upsell me. They did recommend having the FIN security installed though, which I would also recommend to any new buyers. At the time of purchase I had only had my motorcycle liscence for less than 1 month, so I wasn't comfortable riding 15 miles on the highway yet. They went above and beyond when they offered to have Daniel follow behind my car ,on my bike to bring it home. I am a little jealous that someone else got to break her in, but I'm glad I did. I've more than made up for it though . LOVE MY REBEL! I returned a few months later to purchase motor oil, and the staff was just as friendly and helpful even when I wasn't spending thousands. :) Great quality motorcycles and equipment. Experienced and awesome staff. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Gables motorsports all around !

    This was my first brand new motorcycle purchase and I did a lot of research on which big bike I wanted. Initially I narrowed my search down to the Honda CB650R and a Kawasaki Z900. Very different bikes but both looked great and checked the boxes for what I wanted. I reached out to a number of dealers including Rick Case Honda, Broward Motorsports Ft Lauderdale, JM Honda of Miami and a few others. Surprisingly enough, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anybody at most of these dealers. I put in the request for quotes and the contact us sections on their websites then even called multiple occasions. Broward Motorsports and JM Honda was actually decent at answering the calls although extremely quick to shut down a conversation and get off the phone. I then saw Gables Motorsports had a 50th anniversary Z900 so I reached out. Keven was quick to respond and informed me they actually sold that bike and didn't know when the next one would come in. He then asked if I've considered a Street Triple if that's the style of bike I was interested in, although it's a little more expensive. Keven talked me through the Street Triple and the pros and cons compared to the Z900. Keven was also assisted in the process by his sales manager, Yannis, who was also quick and effective to connect about the quote and answer questions. The process was elongated to finalize the purchase due to my own personal challenges to pick up the bike but Keven literally never skipped a beat when it came to communication. I did get a good deal on a great bike but to me, communication matters most. You're talking about a big purchase and I never felt like a priority or even a true consideration with the other dealers. I know some dealers give away a branded t shirt or have a big bell as part of the experience of a new sale, which Gables didn't do, but Keven and Yannis crushed the communication and simply outclassed any of the competitors in the area. When time comes to get another bike or recommend a dealer, I guarantee I'm starting with Gables because of the experience I've had with Keven.

    STAY AWAY FROM MOTOPORT AT ALL COSTS!!! GO CHECK YELP AS WELL!!!!…read more This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I bought my Yamaha 255 FSH Sport E here in 2021. Brought it back for routine maintenance. When I picked it up, they casually said to "keep an eye on the steering cable" -- but said it wasn't urgent. Weeks later, I take it out... and I can barely steer the boat. Bring it back, and today it has officially been sitting for 30 DAYS, UNCOVERED, exposed to sun and rain, only for them to say, "Oh yeah, it's the steering cable." And the hatch was left open the entire time -- knowing this location has had a cat problem in the past. Completely reckless. I called every single week for updates. Kept getting: "We'll call you back." "We're looking at it today." "The tech's just about to check it." I had to go in person FOUR TIMES just to get real updates. They offered a 15% discount on the part -- but it's still $50 more expensive than Yamaha's own site with no discount. Make it make sense. $627 at the dealership / $427 on Yamaha's own website. Then I ask for a manager. Hours later, I get a call from Kat, a retail manager who: * Acts like she has no idea why I'm calling * Offers no apology, no accountability * LIES & says labor is 4 hours (they're "doing me a favor" charging 3) -- but the service rep already told me it's a 3-hour job * LIES & claims boat delivery is $150, though I was told it's normally $100 and they'd "see what they could do" due to the delays And then... she accuses me of "yelling" and threatens to end the call if I keep "raising my voice." Then proceeds to tell me if I don't like it to pick up my boat and take it elsewhere. Let me be clear: * I never yelled * I said, "I'm frustrated." * I even told her, "I understand you're short-staffed and overwhelmed." That's not yelling. That's being patient after being ignored and lied to for a month. Here's what you're really getting at Motoport: * Boat left outside for 30 days * Hatch left open -- with known cat issues on site * Parts overpriced despite fake "discounts" * False labor quotes * Zero customer service from management * Fake 5-star reviews all over Google Yes -- I said it. Read the reviews and you'll spot the fakes from the real ones. Don't let the fake fluff fool you. I spent thousands of dollars here and bought my boat from them. Never again. If you're thinking about doing business with Motoport -- DONT!!!
