My wife and I had finally initiated the process of first-time home buying and were specifically aiming for a centrally located condo. Luckily her co-worker referred us to an excellent Loan Officer, Zachary Di Salvo (whom my wife and I also highly recommend; on a side-note), and this step began a domino effect of positivity throughout the entire home-buying process (which may be absolutely traumatizing to some if not situated with an immaculate team: primarily the agent & loan officer).
Loan Officer Zachary, in-turn, highly recommended Erica B. after we expressed our necessity for a well-versed, highly knowledgeable & experienced Agent. We could not have made a better decision than contacting Erica and scheduling an interview to see if we would all work well together.
Upon our initial introductions, all the way through the conclusion of the meeting with Erica, my wife and I were beyond confident that she would be thee representative who would attain the perfect home for us and our future family. Her organized technique in presenting every little detail to the process of home buying was not only (and obviously) extensively informative to the novice-minded buyer, it was well-presented expeditiously to avoid loss of interest and she provided some resources (handbook, phone numbers, etc.) that we could & still refer to in cases of any inquiry my wife and I may have. I mention this detail because not many, and I re-iterate, not many realty agents will take the liberty of providing resourceful booklets or informative documents, let alone speak of the details a buyer should be required to learn prior to purchasing a huge investment such as a home.
After searching through quite a few, personally selected condominiums in San Diego, we had finally come across 2 of which struck me and my wife's interests! Erica was extremely helpful, providing us with her personal opinion, without bias, and allowing both of us to mutually agree on our perfect start-up home. Although the Escrow process could have been much more stressful, Erica personally stuck with us throughout the whole process! No substitute agents ever took her place in our process but luckily, she could have even accommodated us with one if she, herself had prior engagements/appointments. One of the most important key traits of any agent that was necessary for myself and my wife, was communication. Never was there a time that any questions to details or inquiries we had for Erica were ever ignored, nor was there even a delay in response!
At this point, with my high praise of Erica, it should already be apparent that her professionalism and expertise in this field, to say the absolute least, is extremely exuberant and should already reassure any new/experienced home buyer (inquiring for thee one realty agent that will thoroughly assist them in the process), and leave them without any reasonable doubt that they'll be in great hands with Erica, but accommodated even further with the entire Rising Realty team.
... Or aside from providing ALL this detail to the perfect service we received, I could have just stated:
"My wife and I are beyond grateful for everything that Erica and her Rising Realty team have provided us with, throughout the entire First-Time Home Buying process!"
... But that would have left a generic, unflavored, idea of the type of experience a Home Buyer would (wishfully) assume of every other realty agent out there. Thank you for actually reading this far!
