I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at Lagomarsino Law. From the moment I entered…read moretheir building and talking with the staff I knew I was at the right place. Unfortunately May of 2023 I was involved in an unfortunate life altering event. I was involved in a fatal pedestrian accident on the highway, I received devastating news regarding a family member that was in the hospital and needing my assistance for this unfortunate time. As I was making my way to the hospital there was a pedestrian laying down in the middle of the highway which caused me to swerve out the way but not completely I impacted her on the lower right side of my vehicle. I didnt have any thought I would be arrested for any reason or even close to being introuble for this accident. I pulled over notifed authorities and stayed on site until police and medical services arrived. I cooperated with authorities giving them my side of the story on where I came from, where I was heading and why was I on the highway that night. Like I said I didnt have any thought why I would be arrested that night thats until one officer arrived on scene. Thats where the environment of the whole situation changed. I was asked to do a DUI sobriety test which I completely agreed to mind you I wasnt under the influence of any drugs nor alcohol the main factor this accident happened was the conditioning of the lighting on the highway it was pitch black and I only had so much time to avoid the pedestrian. Due to the shock a loss of life I wasnt thinking clearly which made me mess up/clue were found during the test which ultimately lead me to being arrested for DUI-RD (resulting in death) suspension of drugs I was transported down to CCDC (Clark County Detention Center) and was facing a felony charge when I knew I was completely innocent and was taken away from my family during a time they needed me the most. I spent 5 days in CCDC and was released by the judge due to no evidence of alcohol or drugs in my system at the time of the accident. I felt the officer that arrested me had already madd up his mind that he was gonna arrest me on a false charge way before he arrived on scene it was definitely a rush of judgement on behalf of the officer and lack of training. This officer has been with the department of NHP for 8 years and I can only imagine who else's life he has ruined during those 8 years of being with the department. I knew I had a strong case so I took all the necessary steps to ensure I did. I went to NHP area command a filed a formal complaint against the officer for his actions and what he did to me. I did my research for civil rights law firms that would hear me out and not just take the police side. Thats where I found Lagomarsino law and I thank god every day I found this law firm. I explained every that happened to me that same week I had an in person interview to explain more in depth what happened and the cause and effects of what occurred that night. Thats where the staff told me we have a very solid case of civil rights violations. As of 2 months ago NHP (nevada highway patrol) admitted fault for the false arrest and did various things out of policy. Mr. Lagomarsino, taylor, denise were always in conatct me and keeping me informed of what was happening and always took the time to look at it from my point of view. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and not once did I ever think they would abandon me. I cant thank enough the staff at this law firm and I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone that has been a victim of false arrest, civil rights violations. Thank you guys for everything.

She called my husband back a few times to follow up and see if we were interested in meeting with her to discuss things further. This should have been the first red flag. Any attorney with time to follow up with prospective clients must not have a full caseload, and there is a reason for that. We read the reviews here on Yelp and thought we'd give her a chance anyway...big mistake. Once she was paid in full for her services we never heard another thing from Ms. Holman. She also allowed our son's case to expire with the EEOC 90-day cutoff, which ruined his chances for recourse through the legal system against his previous employer. In addition, she never assisted our son with receiving the unemployment funds she claimed she could get for him. She is filled with promises and pumps herself up to be this amazing attorney, but she fails to meet the high level of expertise/standards she claims she has. We filed a grievance against her with the State Bar of Nevada, to which they sent her a letter requesting her response. In addition, we sent her a demand letter (via certified mail and email) for payment in full. As of today, she has returned all of our original funds. I would never recommend her to anyone for representation. Unless you like headaches and irritation, it is our opinion that it would be highly beneficial to avoid any of the so-called services she offers.
