Both watches I had required battery changes and resizing for my wrist. Service was very fast and he was able to first disassemble both watches to confirm that their internal pieces were working (as they were both older) prior to charging me for any battery swaps and alterations which felt both very honest and like great service. He resized both watches very quickly and when one piece on the fashion watch I brought accidentally broke off, he immediately fixed it up for me.
