He was able to reduce the larger scratch, but he could not fix the smaller scratches that were caused during the service. The bigger issue is that the situation was not handled with the level of accountability or customer service I would expect when someone damages a customer's property. I would not recommend bringing expensive watches here. Based on my experience, the work was careless, and the response to the damage was not acceptable.

The finished ring came out even better than we imagined. Their prices are extremely fair too, which is extremely refreshing compared to some other shops in the area.
