My sister was a patient of Dr. Curry until an experience she had today - May 4th, 2026…read more She went in for an appointment due to ongoing back and chest pain, pain that I personally witnessed over the weekend where she could barely move during flare ups. Poor girl had it on and off and couldn't find relief. After explaining her symptoms to Courtney Telfer and her assistant, my sister was left alone in the exam room. While they were standing just outside the door, she overheard the following conversation: Courtney Telfer: "This is all just weird and doesn't make sense." Assistant: "Yeah it is, IF she is even telling the truth." And then they both proceeded to LAUGH. Let that sink in. A patient comes in for help, explains real and ongoing pain, and is immediately dismissed and accused of possibly lying, within earshot. This is not just UNPROFESSIONAL, it is UNACCEPTABLE. No patient should ever be made to feel like they are being judged, dismissed, or accused of dishonesty when seeking medical care. Because of this, my sister will not be returning, and I fully support that decision. Dr. Curry, this is a direct reflection of your staff and your practice. Patients trust your office with their health, and conversations like this destroy that trust instantly. This needs to be addressed immediately to ensure it does not happen to someone else. No one seeking medical care should ever walk away feeling like this. I hope the two ladies listed above truly as themselves if the healthcare setting is really for them... because this entire situation makes me SICK to think this is how they are with patients.

People either don't like pain doctors because they don't get immediate relief or they can't get the drugs they think they want or need. I was on large doses of Methadone and Norco for almost 20 years. Dr. Suderman has me down to 3 Norco and injections. Using x-rays to set the needles makes a huge difference, it's repeatable and lessened injection site pain. I currently have deep lumbar injections a couple times a year and 16 trigger point thoracic and lumbar injections 4 times a year (without sedation). They have made a big difference. Educate yourself before you go in, show him exactly where you hurt and work until you find a solution. All the office staff, nurses, OR staff and Heather my PA have been great. I've never had to call to make sure my script is signed. Hang in there and be positive, it's a long, hard road!

I wish I had been able to continue addressing my health problems with Dr. Hegstrand, but we relocated across the country. I haven't been able to find ANYONE like her out here in the West. The only thing they seem to know how to do out here with thyroids is drug 'em up, rip 'em out, then drug you up for the rest of your life. This woman supported me - from across the country - with the thyroid hormone that I needed to maintain a pregnancy. To her I give all credit for the beautiful, loving, sunshine of a child who just lights up our lives.

Massage Away is very comfortable, clean, and the staff are nice and professional. I had my massage with Zak, and he was wonderful! He listened to my requests to focus on my legs and lower back. Other places I've gone to the therapists haven't listened to that request at all. He spent a good amount of time on the knots in my calves, but also worked my arms and upper body just enough. I was very comfortable the whole time. I haven't been back yet, but my husband and I are both planning to schedule with them in the next couple of weeks. Last time I had a 60 minute massage, but their pricing is so reasonable I plan to try the 90 minute next time. If you are looking for a great massage, relaxing and therapeutic, definitely give them a try!
