I was impressed as soon as i walked into their clintic, where Lauren and Rachel greeted me with their huge smiles and explained what to expect during my visit. Their initial approach of taking several xrays to help diagnose the root cause of my pain, was very impressive. I returned two days later, where Dr. Fhinney reviewed my films and had a through plan to correct the issue in my spine. Didn't call me when they found their "mistake ". Didn't apologize, didn't try to meet me part way since it was their error....i wouldn't have had my tooth pulled had i known that was the price.
