The team does really good work. They clean up well and the quality of the spray foam is good. They just have horrible customer service experience. They're clean and efficient for the most part. My biggest concern with them is that I was told that I'd get fire retardant spray where needed (on my invoice) and it doesn't appear that any made it into my home. I even called a few months after my project to ask Jairo about where this work was to be done in my house and he said he'd look into it and never called back. They're also not connected with Energize CT so you can't use them for any rebates. A bit disappointing when I went and tried to file for my rebate. If you just care about the work and have no concerns over the rebates. They're okay to use for that.

They also installed various insulation in all sorts of walls as I was doing a major renovation at the time. Anyhow, Louis is just fantastic! A really wonderful person. And his team did great work.
