Last week, while on vacation in the Wisconsin countryside I discovered my Iphone had a damaged charging connection. When I initially contacted this shop, I was very wary because I thought I was contacting the prior store at this location. They are very close to my apartment and had fixed my phone before, but were always closed during business hours and seemed a little shady. Fortunately, the new ownership is a huge improvement. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He talked me through the issue I was having with my iPhone and was able to fix the damaged part with a new replacement at a very reasonable cost. The part was a little harder to find, but Jay was able to fix the screen pretty quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with that part. I requested a quote via Yelp for a battery change on my Nexus 6P, and Jay answered very fast and thoroughly. Also, he beat the rest of the market with an extremely reasonable price. He didn't have the battery in stock, but ordered it to arrive in a matter of a few days. When I went in, he just had me drop off the phone and said it could take up to an hour. Fixed my iPhone screen in half an hour. Really great service

I cracked the front screen of my note 9 and needed a repair. The entire process of getting my screen fixed was very smooth. I asked for a quote through yelp and jay responded instantly! I put down a 50 dollar deposit to order a new screen which took about a week to be delivered. Then I dropped the phone off at the shop which took about 3 hours to repair. Gadget Garage follows safety protocols with the staff wearing face masks and they even have a machine to sanitize your phone. Jay notified me when my phone was ready for pickup. After picking up the phone that night, my phone started having screen issues. The screen would slowly fade into a green and was no longer usable. I contacted Jay about this issue and once again his response was very prompt. He told me it was a screen defect and he would order another one. He even gave me the option to put back my old screen on the phone so I can continue using it until the new screen arrives. Sure enough it was a screen defect as my old screen still works with no green fade issues. After the new screen arrived once again I brought in the phone to be repaired. The new screen had no issues. Since he orders the screen from 3rd parties its not really his fault for the screen defect. Although my experience was not ideal, I really appreciate Jay's service. He basically replaced my screen 3 times and didn't charge me anything extra for it. Would definitely recommend Gadget Garage for your device repairs. read more
