I would not go back here. I used to come here for phone cases/screen protectors and repairs when it was Jet City. Since it changed over to Modify my Device, I have not had good experiences. They no longer honor the free tempered glass screen protector for life of the device and I had my LCD and screen replaced by them less than two months ago. It started acting up a couple days after the replacement and I called to ask what my options were. She said she would call me back and never did. Then the phone started to have like a shaky display (almost looked like the screen was vibrating), then this morning it started to have lines all over and then got worse and worse until now I cannot even use it. She says they do not give any kind of warranty and offer to refunds. So... I paid $240 for a screen/LCD that did not even last two months... save your money. Just go to Apple. read more

Walked in with a cracked iPhone X screen & less than 30 minutes later, it was fixed. First, the price was the best of any store I checked from NYC, where I live, to Chicago, where I was visiting. AND a lifetime warranty! I've seen complaints of odd color hues when getting a 3rd party screen replacement, but no issue there either. The techs were SO nice and the office is pretty cool. They were awesome and put a new screen and outer bezel on the phone for a great price. I couldn't believe how great it looked after they fixed it. Initially, I brought it to Apple in the city and they said they couldn't fix it. Spoke with two other places and they said they couldn't fix it either. We took in a phone that had some pretty severe water damage and after soaking it in water overnight, it wasn't fully turning on but would flash the apple logo every so often. Chris was able to take a look and asked if we wanted to try a new screen. This did fix the problem temporarily but the phone stopped working again after a few days. We took the phone back in a Chris gave us a full refund and also replaced the screen with an older one again. The service was amazing and these guys definitely know what they are doing! Jet City is phenomenal. My phone took a very hard fall, cracking the screen, the OLED, and scrapping up the frame. I immediately went to the Apple store, who refused to attempt to repair it, rather tried to sell me a new phone. I worked with Noel from Jet City, who was absolutely fantastic. Not being tech-savvy, he answered all my questions and said he could repair the phone, while I waited. We chatted while he repaired my phone and within 30 minutes the phone was completely working. Jet City Device Repair definitely provided me the most satisfactory iPhone repair service ever. My old iPhone 6 not only had a crashed screen, but also a badly bent body; the battery would run out in an hour with regular use and there was decoloration. I asked for a quote from Jet City and they replied within the day, and we scheduled an appointment. This was still in lockdown due to COVID (June 2), so I was very happy to see they were open and taking appointments was a considerate move. The shop is super cute, with lots of film and pop culture reference. The ambiance is great, feels hip and cozy, it is obvious everyone working there has made an effort to create the best work environment without losing the fun. They also made sure to increase social distance during this time. I brought it in, they quoted me $159 to repair, I had an old S4 Active, so they swapped in an old one for $50! With a more durable phone and better case i dont think she'll not break it. Super helpful, explained everything really well and made sure I got the old photos off my phone. I love they are local, honest, really smart and tech savvy for the everyday person. A few months ago during the beginning of the COVID epidemic our grandsons iPads screen cracked. Jet City was open and taking appointments so we scheduled and took it in, they did an amazing job for a reasonable price. We were very satisfied with their work. Last week the I took my iPhone in because when I made calls the volume was really low even though I had it on high volume so we made an appointment and took it in. The tech looked at the phone and figured out that there was no need to replace the speaker, he replaced the screen protector because it was covering the speaker.
