Went to get my Macbook screen replaced... waited two weeks. My boyfriend went to pick it up, and they replaced the screen with a completely different color. My computer was rose gold and they replaced the screen with silver. so now my computer is two different colors. They didn't call and inform us that it was gonna be gold or that they had to wait to get Gold. Once we told them we paid $600 to get the screen like it was. They told us we'd have to wait another two months for a rose gold to even be in place.. terrible communication. terrible service. do not recommend. read more

I have finally found my one-stop computer repair shop in Fort Smith. Their technician there, Skylar, was amazing! Last week, I brought him literally a dead computer, a 2006 Dell Gateway laptop to be exact, that had been sitting on my shelf since it died (gave the blue screen of death and hard drive crashed) for 2 years. I happened to find it in storage and was about to throw it away when I decided to take it to JPC to try and recover data. I had previously taken this same computer to Icomputer on Rogers Ave, Best Buy, and Gadget Grave. All three places told me that there was no hope and that my computer was fried and i had a slim chance of recovering any old data, so I tossed it in storage. Luckily, I found this place. Skylar not only saved my data, but he fixed my computer!!! He managed to repair the hard drive and did not lose any info, and the computer works now like brand new! Great job Skylar, and great job JPC. This place doesn't pretend to be a sophisticated snooty new age faux repair shop. Instead, you walk in and see old school PC and laptop computer parts scattered throughout, and most importantly, you see technicians taking apart computers right in front of your face and absolutely loving what they do. This guy is an inept rude unprofessional. I took him my acer laptop as i had been recommended to him from office depot nearby. He does not only not know what he is doing in computer repair he lies and talks gibberish and charges for it, gets angry with customers and makes up charges after the fact if he cannot do the repairs, he pretends it is something different. STAY AWAY from this guy. If you need help look online with tim the tech, he will help you and tell you the truth and not over charge. Good luck with your pc's. read more

I don't know where Skylar was, but my experience was exactly like Mary D. I dealt with Mike & asked that they look for malware. I called the next day & was told that the software was running on it & had been running all night (turned in on Thursday, checked on Friday). I was also told they didn't work on Saturdays anymore, but Mike called me on Saturday to tell me it was the hard drive (laptop was 3 months old). Hard drives fall under warranty, but he didn't know its age. I called back on Monday & told him its age. He started in on the biggest bunch of horse hockey I've ever heard. Of course, he had no way of knowing that I was programming computers in the 60s before his mother was likely born. Bottom line, it cost me $125 for absolutely nothing. read more

Found an old used gtx570 graphics card there for only 50$, they even gave me 10 days to return it if it failed or didn't work on my computer for any reason, works perfectly, although i changed the thermal grease on it as a preventative(unlike my last card)- as it's 7 years old. read more
