This store ran an Instagram advert, and I noted they had good pricing on both screen replacement and battery. I inquired and was responded to within 5 mins. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.

That is what I paid for. As soon as I got my phone back (4 hours later- keep this in mind for later in the story), I knew something was wrong. It was shutting off all the time, the brightness didn't work correctly, and my front camera was awful quality. I am somewhat shy and don't like confrontation and I do not want to be THAT person that complains and makes an employee's day harder... so I just told myself to live with it and did not go back and complain. Fast forward to today, May 15th 2026. I broke my screen again and took it somewhere else. When the employee at the other store looked at my phone, he automatically said "you have gotten this replaced before?" because he could tell right off the bat that my screen was not the quality it should have been, had they really given me that "high quality" screen. He starts repairing it and tells me that uBreakiFix did not even put the main screws back in my phone! I have been walking around for FIVE MONTHS without the correct screws in my phone because they screwed it up (pun not intended). He also said he commonly has complaints of people coming from the uBreakiFix store, leaving with a phone more messed up than when they started. At the new store, he finished my phone in no joke five minutes so I am not sure why uBreakiFix needed four hours... to do the wrong thing. They didn't not have my style screen in the store so I waited to have it repaired by the next evening. The owner and his son stated it would be ready around 4 or 5. When I arrived the next day, everything went well. I had to wait a little longer than promised, but my phone was intact and functioning. However, a almost a month later the screen shows a green line that gradually gets bigger each day. I took it back and they would not replace the screen. Instead, they suggest I buy another screen free of labor fees. The son insisted I dropped the phone or caused damage, yet you see in the photos no damage occurred.

My dad's iPad had a cracked screen and he took it here to be repaired. The first time it was…read morerepaired, the home button was covered in glue and there was still tape visible underneath the screen. He took it back and the guy removed the tape and said he fixed the screen, but now the screen is somehow disoriented. The iPad must be oriented in one particular direction to be able to type and it recognize the keystrokes. I'm not really sure how to describe it. The iPad isn't that old and should still be in good working order but the iPad is barely functional at this point. I know it sounds kind of silly, but the iPad is one of the last things my grandma bought for my dad before she passed away so there's a sentimental aspect to it, and it just really sucks that the man who runs this shop destroyed it. We are hoping that someone else might be able to fix what he messed up.
