The guy working the desk took my phone call - I asked to buy adhesive directly from him for phone repair since I was trying to fix my phone myself and I couldn't find any of the best glue locally. He offered to glue my phone FOR FREE since I had already purchased the screen myself. When I visited, he spent 30 min with me helping me diagnose a problem with the new screen that I purchased and gave me every tip he could so that I could fix the problem myself; he was actually helping me get to a level of expertise where I wouldn't need his services anymore. My brand new iPhone 6 screen shattered on a Friday night. I was referred to Gadget Fix by my boss who has gotten his iPhone screen fixed there a few times. Anyways, i went there and they were able to fix my screen within 30 minutes. Although it was a bit pricey, they did a great job. Unfortunately, the next day I cracked my screen again! I was sooooo upset!! I went into Gadget Fix the day after and they fixed my phone screen...for half the price. They also threw in a screen cover. Was very thankful for that. Such a great business! I smashed my phone's screen pretty spectacularly and was unable to retrieve some really important documents off of it. It took it to these guys who just so helpful. Ordered the new screen for my phone which arrived in just a couple of days, popped it on temporarily so I could retrieve my files, and then put it back together so I could send it to my insurance company. Unfortunately, I must warn other users on here about Gadget Fix. As a repair shop owner, like many others on here, I use a variety of different companies to fulfill the customer needs that walk through my door. I usually do not post negative reviews, but the service we have received after trying to order an S20 SE screen is incredibly bad. There are many times as an owner of the shop, we have to eat bad repairs to not risk a bad review, but gadget fix has completely dropped the ball on their part. Terrible service, no refunds or replacement screens, and a lack of business understanding. If someone on here sees this from a different company and can help me out, I would be eternally grateful! Hate it when my tech breaks, but love Gadget fix. Owner always welcoming and listens. Just came in today with a iPhone battery that Apple told me would cost over $320 to fix. The so called genius at apple had made totally bogus claim that my phone had water damage and might harm technician who repaired it. ??? (Point of fact is that phone never near water. I Don't know if they spoke such crap when Jobs was around but real geniuses are a rarity at apple) Anyway, took phone to gadget fit and in 30 minutes it back to new operating condition, and only cost me $70 for OEM battery AND new screen protector plus 90 day warranty. read more

I had an old 4th Gen iPad with a cracked screen that I was hoping to get up and running for light household use. Since it wasn't going to be my primary tablet, I was looking for an inexpensive repair and given its age, Apple offered no further repair services for it. I came across GadgetFix by way of TikTok and was impressed at their attention to detail. I looked them up here on Yelp, Google and through reviews posted on their own site and decided to go with them for the repair. Well, you can add this to their growing list of positive reviews. I received a quote prior to mailing my iPad in, it was repaired soon after they received it and I had the iPad two days after they shipped it back. My device looks new again. Quality and speed cannot be beat, and they even reached out by phone with a quick update on repair status. While one hopes not to have to bring devices in for repair regularly, I wouldn't hesitate in trusting my products with them again should there be a need. I'd rather wait a few extra days mailing a device to/from their store, knowing the work will be done right and at a fair price, than deal with some questionable local establishments. A+ read more

Great value! Get the premium screen--it's worth the extra $25. But if you get the cheaper after market screen it has a warranty and they will replace it with a new one if you have problems or let you upgrade and just pay the difference. I upgraded mine after having an issue with the after market version (I was warned when I chose it that they tend to have issues--you get what you pay for) and they even put on a glass screen cover for free since I had to come in twice. The service time of repair is fast, but the work is quite expensive. Its not really the work that costs money though, it's the high quality factory equivalent materials they use for repair. I had an issue with my iPhone 6 where I couldn't hear thought the ear speaker. I asked him to replace the speaker and he opened up my phone. He noticed that It was dirty and continued to clean the mesh in the ear speaker. This solved the issue instantly. He lowered the original estimate and I happily paid. Not recommended. I went with a friend to fix her cracked iphone. The screen stopped working after three months and apparently, the bottom left wasn't fully secured which allowed water into the phone and completely damaged it. If you need to fix or replace a broken screen, I would suggest going to the store. read more

Hopefully I never have to replace a phone screen again in the near future, but if I do, I'll come here to Gadget. -------------------- Cheap replacement glass - it's Not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass. When I turn my phone horizontal while wearing polarized sunglasses I can No longer see the screen. I dropped my phone with otter case equipped from a height of 4 feet and the corner of the glass shattered. Cheap glass. Not as sturdy as the factory OEM glass. read more

He was done within 15 minutes and fixed a speaker issue someone else had messed up the last time I had it repaired. (I break my screen often clearly.) Honest and knowledgeable. I had a damaged phone under warranty and the insurance would have paid for them to fix it or for a new phone otherwise. They were willing to tell me the damage wasn't worth fixing and it could harm the phone further, Rather than just taking the insurance money and risking my phone further. Great experience, Edwin is awesome. Took in my iPad 4 with a shattered screen. I was expecting to pay around $125, Edwin took care of it for $98 out the door, tax included. Very good work, looks & functions as new. VERY impressed with the turn-around time. I brought it in around 2:30 on a SAT. The shop closes at 5 but Edwin said he'd do what he can to have it ready that day... And he delivered, he called me before 4PM so I was able to pick it up less than two hours after dropping off. This was my first experience with a phone/tablet repair, and I highly recommend this spot.
