She is outstanding professional, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with her, and she always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Her care is the reason I continue to return. That said, the office staff experience can be hit or miss. While some staff members are pleasant and helpful, others would benefit from additional training in customer service. On more than one occasion, I've experienced rudeness and felt spoken over, which detracts from an otherwise high-quality medical practice. Albina's clinical care is exceptional, and with improvement in customer service consistency with the office staff, this practice could truly be excellent across the board.

Today, March 31 the facility at Victory Blvd in Staten Island NY. told me I had to see a doctor prior to getting a facial consultation which cost 175 dollars. I left cause apparently I was being told different info from the office staff. Since I left confused my husband called the office. He asked why I needed to see a doctor before I even decided to use their facial services. The lady said that's the procedure. I traveled from the South part of Staten Island in traffic to the North based on bad information given . Why would I need to see doctor if I haven't decided on doing a facial yet. It's almost like doing pre operation exams at a hospital before you deciding whether to do surgery and I believe there is something wrong with it. I view it as a scam and I sincerely believe it is that. ANYONE who decides to use this originization to do a facial and is forced to she doctor first before deciding on even doing a facial should get their head checked first

I stated that I have an appointment with Dr. Weinberg. She tells me Dr. Weinberg doesn't come to this office and that I will see a Nurse Practitioner. I said my appointment was with Dr. Weinberg and I prefer a Doctor. Since no Doctor was available, I walked out. I don't like what they did. They were dishonest and I felt like they were trying to get over on me. If they said in the beginning that I would be seeing a Nurse Practitioner, I would have at least had the opportunity to make that decision to see a Nurse Practitioner instead of a Doctor.
