In all honesty my dog hated this place, but he was already having a pretty traumatic day so far, but I loved it. So easy. The Applepay option is more expensive though. I was told the car was fixable and should be done within a week. When a week past and followed up, they didn't even start on it yet. I followed up again a week later and they STILL have not worked on it yet. I just graduated around that time and I told them I needed it done by a certain date because I was not long allowed to stay in the Residential grounds as school year was over. I live 300 miles away from school and I needed this done asap. After a phone call of swearing and complaints, they then guaranteed me it was going to be finished by this date. It ended up being finished 4 days after the guaranteed date! I had to stay in a hotel with most of my belongings because I was not allowed to stay in the dorms anymore in school! Overall, it took them 20 days to finally finish my car, however, the job they did was horrible. The gears were still slipping very badly and they told me there was nothing else they can do. They charged me full price ($2000) for the entire job. I tried fighting it due to the job not being fully done and also the long wait of almost 3-4 weeks of not having this job done. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to pay these group of *ssh*les off. I needed to get home and I couldn't stay a day longer, especially to waste money on the hotel. When I brought the car to my main mechanic, he told me they did a bad job and I got ripped off for $2000. I have advised numerous friends on campus to stay away from this place. I highly recommend to go somewhere else in Utica besides this place of crooked people. NEVER AGAIN!

I was never told ANY details ~ (like you have to cancel if you don't want a recurring charge) ~ I attempted to call multiple phone #s and I tried every sequence on your voice response system - it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone to get a credit or to CANCEL !!!!
