She's was explaining what was wrong, how they can fix it, how much it will cost and time estimate for repair. Before they brought my car around she even took me out to the shop to show me exactly what was wrong (I'm not mechanically inclined at all.) after getting the appointment taken care of no ticking AND she still had the parts to give an even more in-depth explanation of the problem. The mechanical problem with my car was expensive (it was going to be regardless) but the smooth process, great customer service and patience they had explaining everything really blows me away. The folks here are true professionals of their field.
