Before they brought my car around she even took me out to the shop to show me exactly what was wrong (I'm not mechanically inclined at all.) after getting the appointment taken care of no ticking AND she still had the parts to give an even more in-depth explanation of the problem. The mechanical problem with my car was expensive (it was going to be regardless) but the smooth process, great customer service and patience they had explaining everything really blows me away. We dealt with Calvin, mostly, although the whole team is great. After the experience with Zelda, we also returned to get my stupid accident on my 2022 Prius taken care of (I literally left the hatch back up and tried to back out of the garage). Not a huge deal, but a total pain; and the Champion team took such great care, got the car fixed, record time, no issues, insurance happy and I'm happy. There are a lot of auto body shops - sometimes it feels good to find one that is honest, ethical and timely.
