I did have a concern almost immediately after the roof was done. A team worker came out to take a look at the back of the roof that I specified, but I only know that by seeing his footage on my outdoor security cameras. He never rang my bell or followed up with me after his visit. Had he done that, maybe I would not have a concern now. I have had to escalate this to GAF to get them to come out and take a look and actually speak to me about what my problem is. I really don't want a problem with a leak to a brand new roof. If you call and ask them to get back to you, after the fact (it's only been a couple of months) that should not warrant the cold shoulder and non response to calls. I will update this the minute I understand how this company with a lot of day laborers "Stand Behind Their Work!"

The skill and expertise they have in properly constructing your order with you to here your vision then to turn into material reality is precious and the sort of business we are so happy to be able to support so plentifully for so many years. Their showroom is surprisingly thorough though an array of tile sample panes is not too space consuming so the variety you can see in person is very good with catalogues for yet more especially in their growing areas of vanities, bathroom accessories (fans by Win Air are so quiet, so affordable, and so powerful by cfm's) and mirrors, and hardwood flooring. Their cabinet prices aren't the lowest since they have to outsource it to the same vendors as dedicated cannot retailers nearby who have stronger relationships. I demo removed porch from house from another contractor based in port Richmond. I had More work to finish because the cedar shingles were missing as well as the soffit and gutter. I received a work quote to replace everything which I felt was excessive. I called Chris he did a complete tear off of the roof year ago, outstanding job. He looked at everything, they finished the siding fabricating a perfect match of adjoining soffit and installed a beautiful full back gutter with leaders and gutter guard. We had originally agreed that the piano in the room was not to be moved, yet his workers not only moved it into another room, they scratched the marble tile floor in that room. He left me with a bag of sawdust so heavy that Sanitation refused to lift it; I had to shovel it into 3 additional contractor bags to break up the weight. If only I'd read the Yelp reviews beforehand, I certainly would not have hired them.
