The amount of times I heard "suck my c@c% in the 3 hours I was there was completely disgusting. ​I even heard one of the older kids (maybe 18-19) tell a 15 yr old "dude, do you have to cuss so much" to which the response was "how about you eat these nuts, b!$@&". Its not a great environment and no supervision. Parents must be dumping their kids off and leaving. The older kids are great (18 and up). Its $15 per skater, helmets required, has 2 vending machines, large skate/bike area, foam pit, smaller ramp area, skate shop with lots of merch. Customer service desk has been kind.

I ended up sending a Facebook message to Next Level and they responded right away and told me they could probably help me out, so we discussed what I needed and set an appointment for today. When we arrived the shop was clean and the owner, Lindsay, was quick to greet us. She set me up with the skates we had discussed, and after seeing my issue pulled another set of skates for me to try. She was very gracious in answering all of my questions, and swapped out the rink wheels on the skates I chose for a set of outdoor wheels in my favorite color at no charge. She chatted with me for a while after the transaction was complete and was really pleasant and informative. I will absolutely return to this shop when I'm ready for "big girl" skates, but for now I couldn't be happier with my Sure Grips. I can't wait to take them outside tomorrow!

We bought a cheap pair on line so she had something to open on Christmas and made an appointment to find her the real deal. They resounded quickly via FB messenger and shared what brands they carry so I could look before going in. They are open by appointment, so we had the full attention of the sales person and the entire shop to ourselves. The person was friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter pick out her skates and we were out the door in no time. I highly recommend shopping local and supporting small businesses. I am hoping to return soon to get me a pair of skates!

This exceptional world class facility is very affordable too. There are a couple rooms for BMX but the majority of this place has MTB and pump tracks. There is even a foam pit for stunts. The yellow trail is for novices but still fun for everyone! The green trail I could handle but was challenging. Everything else was for experts and some professionals. You can store your bike in a locker, bring your own, or rent. The bike rental was amazing and they let you swap between mountain bike, mini pump bike, and BMX bike. The only small improvement could be helmet rental which you can pick from a basket of sweaty helmets. There is ample parking outside the warehouse or you could catch an Uber taxi there. It's a very isolated industrial location.

In great distress, we looked up options on Yelp and found an open shop just a few miles away. Quickly loading up the bike, we drove over. They were able to fit him in right away and get the tire fixed up for a very reasonable price, sending him off on time for a Grand Adventure. Helpful, friendly, well - stocked, inexpensive.. What more can you ask of a neighborhood bike shop? Give them a try!
