If you like riding bikes in the woods or Bmx this place is like Disney World. So much fun to be had at Ray's. I've been coming here since either their inaugural season or the year after and they have expanded so much. Get there if you've not been to experience what it's all about, with so many people with the same mindset and love for riding. I'm three hours away and got a pass this 2022-2023 season. Worth your investment.

Believe it or not, Ray's is an official IMBA Epic trail, it is located in a warehouse not far from downtown Cleveland. Great time. Staff is awesome. Tools, places to lock bikes overnight, the different parks. Good from novice to expert. You can also rent bikes there (quality ones) There's also places to just hang out (couches, tv, fireplace, picnic tables) and some vending machines.

Sooo much fun! It has beginner, intermediate and expert areas full of hills, boards/logs/rocks/stumps and even teeter-totters. Theres a separate section with a BMX part (Rhythm Room) and a bowl. I have never been mountain biking either so no worries even newbies can do it- and not kill yourself! Its cheap to go $19-$24 and includes helmet, elbow pads and shin guards. $10 to rent their bikes (which we looked up were $3000 bikes). I found them quite indestructible (I did run into a wall or 2 but if you just get off the bike you wont get hurt!) You can check out the place on youtube. It also has an area you can rest or spectate with tables, fooseball and fireplaces! Did I mention it's soooooo much fun!

This is the first Rays MTB park; the second is in Milwaukee. We made the trip down for Women's Weekend last weekend (Feb 15-17, 2013) and had a blast! When we drove up, it was just as we had heard: an old unmarked factory, a parking lot full of cars with empty bike racks, and a HUGE park inside. They have so much here; it was totally worth the drive from Milwaukee! There is something for every level and so many things to try; after two days of riding, we left thinking, "I could have spent more time in ____ room." Cannot wait to make the trip down again.

Ask the Community - Ray's Indoor Mountain Bike Park

How much is it to come in and could I use my trek trail bike with 3 inch wide tires and be ok?

Between 25-30 for admission. And that bike will be fine. They rent 29x3in tire bikes.

Seemed to mostly be kiddos or dudes doing crazy BMX tricks like flipping their bikes in the air while jumping.

Sixth City Cycles is such a great space and a cool vibe! Prior to my first visit, I'd never been to…read morea combined bike and plant shop so it was definitely a unique experience. The staff has always been personable and helpful during my visits. Berto is great! He has provided me with various suggestions and tips throughout the years and he also assisted me with purchasing my first road bike 3 years ago. I purchased a State bike and although the price range was more than I would normally pay for a bike, I do not regret the purchase at all. I also purchased a bike rack for my car and Berto showed me how to install the rack. In addition to purchasing my bike for Sixth City Cycles, I have also taken it in every year for maintenance and have received top quality service. Definitely check out Sixth City if you're looking for a local bike shop with great customer service!
