The bouquet was beautiful, but that is expected at this price. However, I was seriously a bit disappointed when they left the flowers on my front door in 82F heat, without any water or any wet paper wrap. I know I did not order a vase, because we have literally 3 dozen vases at home. I also realize Mother's Day deliveries are hectic and really busy. At the same time, when they already know that it is going to be hot they should transport the flowers at the very least with some wet paper towels wrapped around the stems. I'd say that is not asking too much for a $160 bouquet delivery. Hopefully next time that is being considered. I'm just hoping the flowers last for a couple of days and did not suffer too much. read more
