I threw my mom a 70th birthday this past weekend and I knew I needed Jill and her incredible eye to be part of this event. From the first conversation I felt so heard and taken care of. The bouquet was beautiful, but that is expected at this price. However, I was seriously a bit disappointed when they left the flowers on my front door in 82F heat, without any water or any wet paper wrap. I know I did not order a vase, because we have literally 3 dozen vases at home. I also realize Mother's Day deliveries are hectic and really busy. At the same time, when they already know that it is going to be hot they should transport the flowers at the very least with some wet paper towels wrapped around the stems. I'd say that is not asking too much for a $160 bouquet delivery. Hopefully next time that is being considered. I'm just hoping the flowers last for a couple of days and did not suffer too much. read more

They're a small team who curates the freshest available flowers that day to deliver exactly what you order; in my case, what they delivered exceeded my expectations. Michelle actually texted me the three options they had available that day and Jill created something wonderful based on two of the options. Upon my request, Michelle texted me photos of the final arrangement, one taken by her before delivery and another taken by the delivery team right as they delivered. The photos don't really do the bouquet justice. Our family members who received the beautiful flowers also mentioned how amazing they smelled.
