We went with Liberty Paint four years ago for our townhouse and reached out to them again for our current home. Roy, his head painter, again came in with his other painters to fix and touch up things that our Reno contractors missed. They stopped by more than once to honor some of the touch up requests we had, because they're that committed to keeping their customers happy and making sure they did an A+ job. They painted the inside of our entire house, the cabinets and shelves, and white washed our fireplace. They are also the only contractors we trusted enough to let back into our home after we had moved in, if that says anything. Aaron's painters are respectful of the home and they make sure to leave things better than how it was when they got there (literally). Roy is also great at suggesting other house improvements and performing random handy work! EVERYONE, BE AWARE! THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM…read more Jose is a deceptive person, he is the worst both as a business and a person I have ever encountered in my life. Last month they came to my house to fix my dripping tub faucet (slowly dripping so I let it be for about 2 months), they could not fix it but even made it way worse, became way stronger, and faster leaking. Jose who I talked to at first is the boss/owner (according to Mario, one of the 2 guys he sent) came to my house and told me they had to install a new set. I had no choice but to accept that with a new charge. After they were done, I checked and discovered that when I turned on the valve handle water was coming out at both ends (tub faucet and shower head, not just leaking at the shower head but like a regular stream when you need to use it). The guys video-called with Jose, and after a while, they handed me the phone to talk to him. Jose started tricking and lying to me, he said it is how they are supposed to be working. I said no, when we use the tub faucet, water must not come out at the shower head, this is how my previous set works and how it works in any houses' bathtub. He then blamed the manufacturer, said, that is how they are made by the manufacturer. I laughed and said no again. Then he threatened me saying that if I don't accept it, they will have to put back my previous set and charge more for that. I could not let them do that because they made it way worse, so I would not leave water on with my old tub faucet. Even these 2 guys, when I asked them is this how your bathtub faucet works, they could not say anything, just be silent and nodded. They knew this was wrong. I had to stop them and tell them to leave, otherwise I would call the police. I am ok with people making mistakes because no one is perfect, but you have to take responsibility for your mistakes and fix it. This guy, Jose, did not admit their faulty installation and never offer a solution to fix it. He was only texting and calling me to ask for more money. I don't want to be a bad person so I zelled him the cost of the parts. A few days later, I had to waste more time and money to fix their defective installation by another contractor. Since there is no option to attach pictures and/or videos to this review, I will add them to the Photos & Videos menu.

He hires experienced crews, and his more expensive materials may qualify for reductions to your insurance premiums. Note - RtR's solution can easily increase the cost of your roof by 10%+, and since insurance likely won't cover his upgrade, it can double the cost of your out of pocket expenses. Just recommend you clearly understand 1) what he is not going to install or fix that your insurance approved, 2) what RtR is installing that isn't covered by your insurance (deductable + shingles + ridge caps + wider gutters + ??) and exactly how many checks and the total sum you will be paying them for their roof vs other offers.
