R P,s Towing was the cheapest and the most reliable to get my car off without scraping the oil pan underneath. My car insurance was going to cost $235 but I only payed $75 with R P's towing. The guy that helped me was very kind and well experienced in operating the tow truck. He also took a look after getting my car off of the curb. He waited until the shuttle picked us up & lucky for all of us, the timing was perfect, only 10 minutes after he arrived. Super nice & concerned for us 4 women on the side of the road! I had a hankering for Spaghetti, and decided to hit Walmart to get my ingredients real early in the morning, before a snow storm was to hit. I go out, warm my car and get on my way. A minute into my drive, my sensor goes off stating that one my tires is only 9 psi. WHOA. So I make it back home and park, and then check out all my tires. Sure enough, the back right tire was "hissing" and I could see there was a shard of metal sticking up out of it. Dang it.....No spaghetti for me. :( I check my trunk to see if I have a donut and jack. YUP YUP. But, as a failsafe I check yelp to see if there are any tow services around, just in case. I found Gotcha Towing and sent them a message. Quick response in under a half hour of the quote to put on the donut, if I needed it. The snow started and I chose to hold off on putting the donut on until it stopped. I did not have wheel chocks, so I thought I might have to get her towed anyway, but luckily my Awesome neighbor helped me out and we put the donut on in about 10 minutes. So, I did not need Gotcha, but they were very quick to respond and I really appreciate that so much. If I ever need their services (hopefully NOT), I will be sure to reach out, the are pretty cool. And I did get my Spaghetti after all. Thank God for Deidre from Instacart! Appreciate her too! ;)

Their shop is right down the road from the accident. The wreck happened on a Saturday. I called them on Sunday to let then know I would be at their shop Monday morning to get my wifes personal belongings. I arrived at their a shop Monday morning to a guy asleep on the sofa in the office. This guy didn't even budge when I walked in. I waited a little and he still didn't move so I walked out. One of their trucks pulled in as I walked out. I assume he was the owner or the manager. I told him what I was their for, and just told me where the SUV was. He didn't ask for any kind of I.D.and just let me walk right in. I got to my wifes car to find every compartment open, every panel on the inside opened and and all my wife and daughters personal belonging gone. I walked back into the office and told the guy he needed come to the car with me and explain to me why everything was opened and where all the belongings were. He swore up and down that his guys wouldn't do that, and tried to say my wife who was taken away in an ambulance took everything. I went on to tell him that my company had been using them to tow some of my trucks when we needed them and the he had just lost a really good paying customer. He pleaded with me to let him talk to guys to see if they had grabbed anything. I told him not worry about it I would just let my lawyer handle it from there. Just then one of his guys walks by with my daughter's beats headphones on. What kind of company kicks a person when they are down.

When Steve, the owner arrived, he asked what the problem was and saw that it was a quick fix (for someone that knows cars). He went with my son to the auto part store, helped him select the part and helped him put it on. He probably spent 2 hours with my son and refused payment despite my protest. Wow!
