I had a hankering for Spaghetti, and decided to hit Walmart to get my ingredients real early in the morning, before a snow storm was to hit. I go out, warm my car and get on my way. A minute into my drive, my sensor goes off stating that one my tires is only 9 psi. WHOA. So I make it back home and park, and then check out all my tires. Sure enough, the back right tire was "hissing" and I could see there was a shard of metal sticking up out of it. Dang it.....No spaghetti for me. :( I check my trunk to see if I have a donut and jack. YUP YUP. But, as a failsafe I check yelp to see if there are any tow services around, just in case. I found Gotcha Towing and sent them a message. Quick response in under a half hour of the quote to put on the donut, if I needed it. The snow started and I chose to hold off on putting the donut on until it stopped. I did not have wheel chocks, so I thought I might have to get her towed anyway, but luckily my Awesome neighbor helped me out and we put the donut on in about 10 minutes. So, I did not need Gotcha, but they were very quick to respond and I really appreciate that so much. If I ever need their services (hopefully NOT), I will be sure to reach out, the are pretty cool. And I did get my Spaghetti after all. Thank God for Deidre from Instacart! Appreciate her too! ;)

He was trying to charge us extra for a return date that was wrong on the computer because U-Haul had a glitch in their system. Steven did not listen to anything we were trying to tell him and was absolutely no help when we asked him to call his manager, we had to call his boss on our own. Never coming here again and highly recommend no one else does to save yourself from being completely ignored and treated rudely. Also extremely dirty office. Good news is that the U-Haul on the other end was very helpful and we got it figured out after a lot of work on our part.

He waited until the shuttle picked us up & lucky for all of us, the timing was perfect, only 10 minutes after he arrived. Super nice & concerned for us 4 women on the side of the road! We were probably 30 minutes ahead of him to repair shop...sorry we missed him. He deserved a tip & none of us thought about it until afterwards. SORRY!!
