Frankly, we previously, maybe 5-6 years ago, utilized a larger company, but that company did not always immediately come to our unit to resolve the problem within 24 hours or less, and during a particularly hot spell a few years ago, when there clearly was a problem with our older unit, [and this was on a weekend], Moyses, himself, came two consecutive days to make absolutely certain that he successfully resolved the internal problem, with which we were suddenly confronted, and we once again had the wonderful blessing of a functional air-conditioning unit.
