My payments for a service visit are $20, how does this make sense?! Ivy Rehab has also cancelled on ME at least 3 times as I was driving in, yet I never was compensated and I certainly didn't charge them! As a result of this and the service we cancelled our services at Ivy, and have been thriving at UM speech. We now are on Ivy's "caller list" where they call you and harass you to pay. This business has an F on BBB, please consider giving your money, time, and trust of your child's development to a place that will at least pretend to care. Ivy doesn't even do that.

I know, because I spent almost 24 hours a day there during my husband's last days. (We had hospice care while he was there.) SO I was able to observe the staff around the clock. There were therapists of all kinds: physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, etc. Doctors, and P.A.s who checked on him. Social workers, etc. Best of all were the nurses and aides who attended to his needs--and ours--with understanding. We are truly grateful to Regency.

I have been going to Healing Hands for a few weeks for head & neck pain. The people at the front…read moredesk are wizards. Super nice, quick, knowledgeable. The customer service at the front is awesome. So far I have seen Katie and Keli. I have gotten the best results so far from Keli but they use do very different techniques. Katie does visceral manipulation and Keli does craniosacral. Sometimes the craniosacral gives me more pain later in the day. The scheduling is a little frustrating because they don't go past 5 and they don't work a full monday-friday. I try to schedule it before I start with work but can't always make it if I end up having a 9 am appt. I wish they had extended hours after 5 so that I could get in more regularly
