BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE What a BAD EXPERIENCE…read more First time and last time here! I had them hem 5 of my Dickie's paints and within about 6 month they all came apart. I wasn't upset I figured we're human. So I went back explained what happened figuring they would happily take care of it. After all it wasn't just one pant leg. Smh they asked me to leave my pants and they would have the owner call me. I never got a call back. So I went back a few days later and they haven't fixed the pants and still no owner. They said I can pay to have them done again, and I explained they shouldn't have come apart and I don't want to pay every 6 month to fix my pants. It should be a one time thing. The Person helping me explained they would do it on a different machine so it wouldn't have the issue again. To me that's saying they used the wrong machine in the first place. The person helping me couldn't make any decisions and instead of waiting for the owner that never called me. I just left with my pants still not done and asked for someone to call me. Finally the owner Margarita/manager called me. She was rude and just said it was my fault it's the way I washed my cloths. I explained I never had cloths come apart before even stuff that had be altered in the past. She didn't seem to care at all. All she wanted was $$$$ for bad work in my opinion. However, when I came back at 5pm, he told me to take the pins home and measure the length myself and come back next time-- even though I went there with my pants on . Even, When I visited the Lancaster branch before, the staff there kindly pinned the hem for me and helped me try them on. I honestly found that very frustrating and disappointing. Because of the evening staff member's attitude, I don't feel like coming back here again.

I left them there on three different occasions so they could get it right and they never did. The owner refused to give my money back. I'm like cool, there are many other places who want my business and who will do a good job he doesn't have to worry about me bringing my items there or referring my family or friends to this dry cleaners. Besides the cost that they charge you, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is why I go down to LA for a lot of things because up here they try and gouge you and it's unfortunate. She told me sure, just pick out the ones I needed. I picked out a white shirt and black pants. When I came to pick up, the lady said I had picked out a women's pant and thought I might have done that by mistake so she also did one of my black pants also. It was actually my wife's pant that we needed but it's nice that she cared enough to do that. Also on Christmas Eve, she called to remind me that they were closing early in case I needed my clothes for Christmas. I had forgotten and I did need my clothes so I really appreciated that. There are places you go where they just seem to just want your money, here they seem to genuinely care about you. I highly recommend this place, they also do really quality work.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I bought land here in Rosamond. I've called it…read morethe grapes of wrath several times because the dust storms and regular wind leave a film of dirt everywhere, even after showering so you can imagine how bad my laundry was. I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.
