He took measurements and advised that I should have the written estimate that evening. I didn't receive and assumed that he was busy so I gave it a few days. Then on Saturday the owner Max approached me at home depot and apologized for not getting the quote to me sooner but would have it to me that evening. Monday rolls around and still no quote. I sent text messages to the owner beginning Monday afternoon and have been ghosted ever since. a week of my time wasted due to poor customer service and failure to follow up with customers.

I should start by saying that Colton is very friendly with a big smile. He kept us updated on the…read moreintall date while around stormy weather. His crew showed up early and worked hard all day. 1-when they started I told them my stamped concrete driveway could get damaged and they should stay off the driveway. Instead, A tractor ran back and forth, grinding sand, and taking off finish. 2- Then the rain came. The infill sand washed out all over the driveway. They used a non- permeable base under the turf. Crushed granite should have been used but we were never given the option to pay more for the correct material for out soil and drainage. 3- The mature oak. The turf was installed all the way to the tree trunk rather than cutting in a tree well. I wasnt given an option. Because the 4" road base wont allow water or oxygen into the soil, the tree will die. 4- flooding. The water sails off the turf like a waterslide and has nowhere to go except towards the house. 5- the seam is visible with a human on one side. Colton says to just keep an eye on it!! Yep, Im still watching the water overflow and not absorbing into the soil underneath. I might as well have paved it with concrete. Colton said he would remove it at my expense. Don't be fooled by his big smile.

My honest review of this "business" should you choose to call it that is as follows…read more  First and foremost this "business" does not reside at the address it claims to. The address listed is not only my personal residence but also one that the owner of this "business", Greg Hall, is not allowed within 200 yards of due to domestic violence. A judge ordered him to vacate the premises over a year ago. So it would be a little difficult to handle business from that distance and with those restrictions.  With that being said and also to keep things honest. Greg Hall used to reside at the address above and did do some "work", if you can call it that, allow me to share the highlights: leaky second hand skylight taken from a previous job, added archways to kitchen that also leak, ill fitted reused kitchen sink from a previous remodel for another client, unfinished framing around oven, a "gazebo" made from old rotted doors torn from previous demolition jobs, and his prized possession, a home made urinal crafted from double stacking two regular bathroom sinks. This is just a short list of some of the dozens of well documented "upgrades" he did to our home. Keep in mind that these "upgrades"  were done while he lived at this address. If this is the care and lack of respect he took in "renovating" his own home then what kind of quality can you really expect for a home that he does NOT live in. When it comes to remodeling your home or business I would do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and take your job to a more reliable, responsible, honest contractor.

He was AWESOME! He was friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable, and I really felt like he gave me a great deal on the work he did. Will definitely use him again! If you need someone to do beam work, you really need to call Greg because he knows his stuff.
