And, (2) a beautiful brisket Enchilada plate with a queso sauce on one and a sour cream sauce on the other, with steamed veggies and wild rice. All so very good! I do usually swap out the mashed potatoes for the chopped wedge as side, just seems like the classical steakhouse side for the task. The only thing I would say that is lacking is the wine list, despite being very fairly priced. Their most bespoke bottle of red is the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon (2021), which while amazing for the $99.99 they charged, it was fairly flat, lacking the traditional vanilla perfume you'd expect from a pricey California Cabernet Sauvignon. Also took a bottle of GH Mumm Grand Cordon, which also did not taste as anticipated. I think the most plausible explanation might be heat damage, as both wines are usually well regarded but came up short.
