The owners scream at you for bringing in water bottles . I don't drink tap water : of the chemicals and water systems . They want to fight you on your water since they sell food and drinks . Worst place ive ever been too, extremely unprofessional, went there for my birthday with my brother and girlfriend, ordered a few drinks, the woman there was extremely unproffessional, wouldnt get off her phone to even get my girlfriend a sprite even AFTER making eye contact with her and knowing full well she had a job to do which was take an order. Was bowling here for practice, needed ten pin back up because I got a gutter and they put ONLY the 10 pin up, short story they took 10 minutes for something I could do in seconds, that happend again and would've picked the spare up if there was that 10 pin, next person they needed only 10 pin now they only put everything but the 10 pin. Me and my boyfriend had never been here before, so we decided to check the place out. We highly regret coming here. We walked up to the counter to get shoes and pay, and the woman behind the counter just stared at us while passive-aggressively putting shoes away before helping us after a bit. Rates for bowling are absolutely unclear and the woman did not explain at all. The advertised all-you-can bowl (2 hours for $10 per customer) was put in an obvious spot to where you think you'd be getting it automatically along with shoe rentals added to the price, but instead, we got charged more to have less. Was very pricey anyway and not worth $36 for an hour. When we asked if we could get a lane, we seemed like we were just an inconvenience in her day than actual customers. Customer service was horrible from the lady behind the counter. The lanes themselves are a tad bit outdated but decent, while the condition of the bowling balls themselves is worse for wear. The food is very overpriced, so we didn't bother trying it. Overall, wouldn't come here again, nor recommend, even if there were no other options. Bathroom sinks don't work or barely work. please fix them. This has been an Ongoing issue for multiple years.

On November 3 of 2023 I went to Galaxy Lane with a few of my friends as I went to go get a pitcher of beer with my friends. We all had our ID ready and the manager/bartender took my ID and told me that it was fake when I am actually 21 she told me that she had to have the cops come up and scan my ID to give it back. I am so pissed at this place. I will never be. I wanted my money back and they did not give it back to me due to the on circumstances of having to have cops involved all I have to say for this review is fuck that place. I will never be giving my money back to such a rude ass people in my life. Taking my property (my ID) is very big no no. I understand that there is a lot of fake IDs out there, but with the revenue and money that they make they should definitely invest in a scanner if that's the fuck in case! read more

Once I made my way through all the smokers stationed in front of the entrance, I went to the counter where I was rudely helped. I was an inconvenience, and made to feel way less important than the incoming league. The house balls are so mismatched and banged up - big chunks missing in many of them. The oil conditions on the lanes were absolutely pathetic. Hopefully you don't throw a hook if you bowl here. Great bar, decent food but no air conditioning and we went on a 95 degree day. If we knew that they didn't have air we never would of went so it was horrible because of the heat. Also had no music and said it was broke but the staff was great so I would only recommend going in cooler weather read more

I had my daughter's 11 year old b-day party there April 12th 2014 and was very disappointed with the bowling alley poor customer service. First thing first I don't know everything and i didn't have a clue how to start the party off, I get there and set up my cake that I paid $100 for and that's when the stress started, I didn't know how to put people's name's in to bowl and where to get shoes or balls, long Story short she pretty much said ( lady at counter )your at the last lanes and pay after 3rd frame, so I said OK well because I didn't know anything we wasted about 45 min to get kids and adults setup to bowl. Then I start running around with my head cut off trying to get drinks for kids and adults, oh yeah noone came to table one time and asked if we needed anything, I had to keep running back and forth.then I hear kids says we are hungry and I walk up to front and she says pay then we order your pizza, so I dished out $250 for 5 pizza and 6 pitches of pop and this was for 20 people and had to buy more pop and pizza.had to wait for pizza and party was almost over and my daughter was unwrapping presents and I am cutting cake with a plastic knife because I didn't know I could bring my own, and handing people and kids cake out the door as they leave. I was so stressed I could of cried because I didn't enjoy myself at all. The flyer I got at the bowling alley said treat bags and because I was running around that I didn't notice a brown lunch bag with a handful of Graham cracker gold fish package's single serving size as I guess as a treat and by then most everyone left. My disappointment with the services are if I pay that much money we should have a party planner/waitress or just some plain help, I paid that money to have fun and enjoy myself and I didn't. So if you want to have your kids party there and maybe I am just OCD but I would ask everything possible, from time to order food and if you bring anything from home like knife, plates, silverware, etc.. read more

Always such a good time. Cheap rental rates and you can rent the space to throw a party here. I attended a bridal shower here once as weird as it sounds. My son is on a League at this ally and he really loves it. On Saturdays if you are on one of the youth leagues you can get free coaching during the league, AND they have a 1 hour practice session at 12:30 for the league kids for free. We also had his 11th birthday party there this past weekend, it was a small party, 5 kids in all, but it went great, they bowled a few games, the pizza was really good, and I watched the Lions beat the Buccaneers on one of the screens... Worst bowling experience I've ever had in 50 years of bowling. The conditions in this establishment were appalling! Pop and popcorn all over the floors. Sticky mess... Everywhere!!! Basically ruined my shoes. Could not even bowl at all without sticking to the lanes. Could have easily caused an injury. Customer service was equally appalling. It was quite evident that no one, including the owner had any desire to go out of their way to take care of their customers. Very unhappy with this bowling alley! My husband is in the military and our boys are both in the Boy Scouts. We belong to a local Grand Blanc Pack and asked if we could sell popcorn to support the scouts and our military troops. Both managers refused to allow us to sell during their leagues.
