We came a hour early not knowing when they would be open and they still let us bowl an hour early. Almost lost my ankle out front though

We have been here for kids parties but never really open bowled until today. I was not impressed. There were plenty of lanes available yet they put us right next to a lane with a family with kids. Not a big deal except we paid by the hour! When we asked to be moved they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. In fact the staff really wasn't overly friendly. The lanes themselves were good and we didn't have any maintenance issues (stuck balls, wrong pins, etc) If the staff had been a little nicer I prob would have given another star or two. But I can't stand when staff acts like you are annoying them because they have to do their job! read more

The staff was kind and the food was great but it was very busy and the balls took forever to return. The pins were even lined up a little off from where they were supposed to be, which was a little annoying. I may be being a little cruel though, as I am angry that they did not have jalapeño poppers. This was our FIRST and will be our LAST time here. At first I thought wow, this place ain't so bad. Food good and hot...UNTIL my friend opened the drink cup (dont know why) and discovered an ANT in his now empty cup!! Soooooo, I decided let me check my cup and guess what...I HAD AN ANT IN MY CUP TOO!! We informed the worker and all he could say is "I will let the manager know. They must be in the line." After throwing up in my mouth several time I ask for a cup of ice. Well guess what?! THE ICE WAS DIRTY!!! This was a first date in my city and I told him we shouldn't do ANYTHING here. Came her for a game, i came early for practice and the guy at the counter was pretty rude and seemed bothered, he askeda what size shoe i needed and when i said i had my own he said "good job" and stormed off in a hurry. My first throw I had to go to the counter because my ball would not return, when i got my ball back it was very dirty. A few throws later, my ball wouldnt return AGAIN. I had to reset the pins many times. I would neverrr come here to bowl for fun, sadly i have more games here that i am not looking forward too.. read more

This is a HUGE bowling alley. In fact, it's so big, there are two buildings worth of lanes! I've been here a couple of times and had fun bowling with friends. The prices are competitive with a lot of the other alleys in the area and they have many different specials and other events there. Call first and ask what's going on and what's on special so you can get the most out of your money. read more

This place deserves negative stars, recently my brother was there for a state tournament and a huge chunk of his ball was missing after the ball was returned after he threw a strike, he then showed it to the manager and they claimed that their machines did not do that and told him to keep bowling with the ball are you kidding me what kind of services is that? be careful where you choose to bowl never in the four years of him bowling in state tournaments has something like this happened we've spoke with numerous bowling friends and a few have had this happen to them however the bowling alley that they were at held themselves responsible for the damages and apologized and replaced their ball. the complete opposite of what this bowling alley did. I personally have reached out via their Facebook page they read the message haven't replied back and I've personally have left a voicemail to speak with their manager and have yet to hear back from them very unprofessional! read more

The lanes were very sticky (which I understand is not their fault, it was due to humidity) but they refused to move us from the pair we were on, and the worker who 'fixed' our lane gave our coach awful attitude. We had girls get hurt from the approach being so sticky. I've been here before and had a good experience, but this time was awful. Please fix customer service! read more

I've recently bowled in the state tournament which was held at grand blanc lanes. After 4 years of bowling in the state tournament this has to be by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. After bowling two games with my hyroad x I throw a strike. I get my ball back from the ball return and there was an absolute huge chunk missing from my ball. It was clearly mechanical damage. I then notified the owner of what happened and his response was my machines didn't do that and and kept saying this was a manufacturer defect. The owner told me to continue to throw my ball and he could try to contact the pro shop employee after the tournament was done. There was no way I was going to throw my ball again with how bad the damage was to the ball so after bowling. The owner then told me to contact a storm rep and he can't do nothing about it. Very unprofessional for the owner to not even acknowledge that his machines did this and was very rude. I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. read more

Very outdated. The scoring system appears to be from 1980. I honesty thought it was an old Atari system and I was there to play pong not bowling. The staff is incredibly rude. The bartender carded me every time I ordered a beer and I'm 40. I told her "can you remember my face so you don't have to card me every time". She responded, "I wil card you every time anyways". This was on a slow night too. Maybe 25 people in the whole place. The bowling balls are limited and are all drilled for straight throws. No balls for those that would like to throw hooks. The bathrooms are disgusting. Obviously the owners just don't reinvest in their business and it showed by both the looks and the lack of customers. Will never go there again. read more
