I was actually in search of a new record so called a few days ahead of time to ask if they had it. They said no, but also sounded like they had no idea what I was asking for (even though it was listed on their website). But low and behold there was two copies on the rack. I was also able to find a great numbered edition of 10 Year Anniversary edition of a record that came out three years ago, which I was very stoked about. Selection is mostly new, with a variety of used mixed in. I am typically after new(ish) punk and they had a decent selection (albeit it was mixed in with hardcore and metal). I totally could have bought a bunch more records but constrained myself.

I have since used this particular service many times and have never been let down. I highly recommend looking into the lesser known services that these folks offer such as mobile phone trade ins and of course the PSA. I have scored a few knickknacks for my collection here as well, also at very reasonable prices that I have never felt cheated by. They'll even let you sit at one of the tables and paint if you want (miniatures, I man, not portraits), good parking. Cons: Not much comes to mind. Their stock is fair as far as board games and miniatures go. I've seen better (but not much better); they're definitely well above average.
