Recently I noticed a few small areas on the garage thresholds where the coating had pulled loose from the extreme heat and garage door sticking to the concrete. I reached out to Joel Allspaugh and sent him some pics of the problem areas. He had their service manager, Tin come out and with his helper Joseph they repaired the places to look like new! It's nice to know that there are contractors like All Innovative Concrete that stand by their work even after 4 years!

Since when was the issue of the quality of your service pertaining to the before and after? Rhetorical question - it's not. If you read what I wrote and of others who are reading care to look at the picture I posted of what you said you were going to do VS what you actually did, anyone could plainly see that you were absolutely not even in the same realm of finished product... which you lead me to believe is what you'd do, for 5k... Now, considering the job was so poorly done with not even the slightest consideration given to doing a patch and asking me if that's what I wanted since it was so different, I can only infer that your company is too busy trying to rush a job and get paid rather than apply critical thinking. Don't try to cloud the issue by showing the poorly done stain that another company did before I hired you... Yes, believe it or not (anyone who's reading) this happened before this particular company came in and ruined my floor. I asked for a certain style, the contractor said they could do it, and it came out horribly done and not even close to what was agreed upon as the finished product I was paying for. How could this happen to me twice in a row? Very bad luck in choosing a floor specialist apparently. You can show whatever before and after you want, but the important one is what YOUR company gave me as the example work, and then the completely different floor you did, and on top of it all you had the nerve to charge me saying you could fix it and didn't, and now you have the nerve to try and defend yourself by moving the goal posts by posting a picture that's unrelated to my issue. I'm not a litigious person but I'm telling you now I've got a mind to go to small claims with this, the more I think about it. Literally 100% of people polled when showed what you advertised VS what you did have said the same thing, which was "What the ****"

Office is unprofessional (empty fast food junk laying around, children's toys all around- trip hazard, etc). When told to draw the cut of the quartz I wanted, it was ignored, and they chose the cut and did not inform me. When they didn't show up, did not receive a call. I had to call to see if they were coming. (That happened 3 times). If I would have worked with Nikki, rather than Michelle, I believe things would have gone smoother. I did like the end result but was exhausted after the entire process.

Astonishingly awful. To begin with, trying to communicate with the office for a response within a…read morereasonable time is out of the question. Now the installation was juvenile. The installer damage a cabinet because they did not remove all the screws from the countertop before removing it. They could not get a replacement cabinet so the installer had a 'friend' try to repair the cabinet which was unsuccessful. Other problems include poor application of caulking, spaces between the granite, and complete disrespect to my wife. And all this after I prevented their equipment from being stolen - they left all their hand and power tools on the curb where someone was loading them into their own truck until I notified the installers. Waste of time and money business.

We received a quote by the end of the day and waited a few weeks for actual measurements of our counter and backsplash space for replacement. Waited another few weeks to have them start demo on a Tuesday to disconnect stove, water, sink and dishwasher, and waited til Friday for installation of counters. Was originally planned for Thursday but due to miscommunication I wasted a full Thursday waiting to find out no one was coming. Came the following week to do backsplash and complete the job. For future reference, I would get an estimated timeframe from start to finish. Scheduling and communication seemed to lack and had difficulty trying to make my personal plans around them so I basically couldn't plan ahead for anything for 1 1/2 weeks. When I mentioned this to my sales associate he was very specific of a 3-4 day start/finish that was never mentioned to us, nor estimated in our contract. Well, we were way over their timeframe based on the wait time of scheduling. Since we had to go without sink water since Tuesday, a plumber came out Saturday to reconnect sink, stove and dishwasher for the weekend until completion the following week. I feel that the daily teams did a great job however I feel that my associate person could have given everything a thorough inspection, especially on completion day. Pictures and admiration does not pass as a full inspection. We ended up not having silicone caulk between the counters and backsplash therefore the grout was cracking, there were some quartz blemishes that needed touch up, electrical outlets were having problems, etc. and I had to make my own punch list for followup which again was not reinspected by my associate. So for over a two week period the job from start to finish was complete. I ended up caulking the counter to backsplash since nothing was scheduled, it was always next week.....not a scheduled day. I surrendered. Before this begun, full payment was done therefore I felt that they were done with us and left it at that. I still gave them 4 stars being that 90% of the job was done good by the assigned teams.
