From the moment my mom and I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. We both had pedicures, and they did a fantastic job. I had John, and he gave one of the best foot and leg massages I've ever had. They also offer massage services if that's what you're looking for. I also liked their rewards program, which offers 10% back with cash, 5% back with card, 20% off on your birthday, and other perks. Booking online is easy, and the location is convenient with a relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for a clean, modern nail salon with great service, I highly recommend Gailiee Nails. I hate to leave any sort of negative review but I picked this place based off reviews. The facility itself is great, everyone was so kind and the shoulder massage they give during service was wonderful. The quality of my nail service was quite poor, as can be seen in the photos. One nail is a different color and there are imperfections on several nails. The shape is not consistent across any nails nor is it symmetrical on each nail. I filed these after leaving to fix the shape as much as I could. The color by the cuticle area isn't a clean curve and my thumb is sloped from the side. I get the same thing every time I visit a salon so I have a good reference for what a good service looks like on my nails. Unfortunately I wouldn't go here again :( read more

Very clean and well appointed. They have Dazzle Dry which is my favorite for my nails. Orion gives a great leg massage when you're getting a pedicure. The presentation of lotions/oils for a pedicure looks like it's something you should eat. Book an appointment as this place will have a strong following soon. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. The photo I provided (attached for reference) clearly showed the design I wanted, but the results didn't come out the same -- the polish is uneven and bumpy in spots, and the designs were quite different from what I asked for. I was passed between two techs, which wasn't a huge issue, but there wasn't clear communication between them. The designs were also painted on the wrong nails, even though I showed and explained where each one should go. By the time I realized, it was already painted, and I felt too overwhelmed to speak up. During the service, I was cut with the drill a few times -- twice badly enough that I bled. The tech also started applying a new set directly over my existing nails without trimming, filing, or shaping them first, which caused my pinky nail to angle upward. Only after someone, possibly a manager, came over did they switch to drilling down the old nails instead of properly removing them. This was my first truly negative nail experience. I don't go very often for sensory reasons, and this appointment ended up being really overwhelming and uncomfortable. I was holding back tears for much of the time from the pain and miscommunication, and to make matters worse, one nail came off in less than a week -- and I don't use my hands for work or heavy activity. I was there for about two hours, but I don't feel the quality matched the price or the effort I know the staff put in. I would've really appreciated more transparency upfront if the design was too complex to recreate. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients. read more

I loved being able to use their online booking system. I was greeted at the door, and was shown where to wash my hands. My bag was carefully placed in a bin on the floor . The salon is super clean and sanitized. My nails were beautifully changed in front of my eyes. Nikki asked what I liked and didn't like and she did an amazing job. Worst pedicure experience. I went here and asked if I could get a pedicure. I was told yes. I sat down and was rushed through a pedicure and it looks awful. I did not get the full treatment. I had to ask three times to make my nails shorter. Three different people took part in the pedicure. It was an awful experience and it doesn't even look good. While I was drying one woman came over and felt my toes and said I was done so time to go. Awful experience. I told the workers that it was an awful experience and that they rushed me. I told them that if they didn't have time then they should have said no when I asked if I could get a pedicure. I would have appreciated being told there was not enough time for a pedicure rather than being rushed through and it not looking good. I did not know their hours and I did not see a sign. I was looking for a sign with the hours when I asked about getting a pedicure. This was an awful experience with an awful outcome. I went here before and liked it but I will not go back. I am a busy mom of two so finding the time to get my nails done can be tricky. Usually I have to book last minute or drop in on a whim if I want to get my nails done. With that said, I've tried all of the nail salons in the area and I can confidently say this is the best one both for their quality of work and the customer experience. I consider it to be south county's best kept secret. The owner is incredibly welcoming and warm and efficient. The place is clean and inviting. But above all, their work is by far the best. I usually get gel nails so that they last and these ones have for weeks on end without issues. At some of the other salons they have chipped or lifted within days plus I've felt rushed at these other salons. I just visited Galilee Nails and Spa for the first time and had an amazing experience! It was the best nail experience I have had in a long time! I had a gel manicure and spa pedicure. My nail technician, Sue, took her time and paid attention to detail. She was very professional and friendly. The staff even passed out small water bottles to everyone in the salon who didn't have a drink. I was very impressed with the service and all of the staff. The salon was clean and new liners were used for each client in all of the pedicure tubs. I would 100% come back here today and plan on this being my go-to spot from here on out! read more

I've been going here for a few months and trying a new-to-me service - gel acrylics (they don't use regular acrylic here. The gel is a little less harsh and seems to be a faster process overall. I'm not great at going as regularly as I should so I only go for a fill about once every three weeks or so. Haven't had a single chip or nail come off and they still look great even after a longer than ideal time. The staff is great and the prices feel reasonable for the service I get. Overall super happy with this new addition and this now my go-to spot. read more

New salon in Wakefield mall. I came in on the spur of the moment and had a pedicure. It was really nice- scrub, leg mask and massage. Salon is clean and technicians wore masks. Pedicure ends with a back massage while your nails are drying. Very happy with their service. I will definitely return! read more

I got my acrylics done 9 days ago and 2 have already lifted and fallen off because they don't use acrylic powder. Never returning. Waste of $ read more
