I have been there twice. First time with Rina. My manicure was terrible. A gel manicure. The color dud not go all the way to my cuticle and my nails were cut too short. Even as I mentioned do not cut my nails short. Both pedicures were the $50 one with a foot massage. It was not a massage. She sat there and just rubbed my foot back and forth. I asked for my toes nails to be more round. They were square and I got an ingrown nail from that pedicure. I thought this 2nd time I would give her a 2nd chance but it didn't work. I sat down for the manicure, she started cutting my nails short again. Then she said they need cut. I was done got up paid for my pedicure and left. I had an event the next day I was so upset and frustrated my nails were not done. Not the end of the world. I would not recommend Rina. read more

Pretty disappointing... My daughters treated me to a mani-pedi as a Mother's Day gift and we scheduled it for late Thursday afternoon, in preparation for a weekend wedding event. Opted for the (slightly more expensive) "Dazzle Dry", as it's touted as "delivering the high performance of a gel polish without the use of harsh chemicals, UV light, or damage to the natural nail". Had hoped/assumed that would mean a nice, long(er)-lasting manicure than the classic. The nail tech seemed a little annoyed when I changed my mind about adding the callus removal to the pedicure (with its $ up-charge), and then just seemed to go through the motions as quickly as she could. Before you knew it, I was all done - before anyone else. Here I am - just 4 days later - and most of the nails are not only BADLY chipped, but also just plain peeling off. (see photos). I did not do gardening without gloves... I did not scrub piles of dishes... I went to a rehearsal dinner, and then a wedding. Did I wash a couple of glasses once home? Yah - but nothing extreme and pretty sure a manicure is supposed to last more than 4 days, even if you do get your hands wet. So sad my daughters paid good money for something that was so temporary. read more

This place is big and exceptionally clean. I came in for a gel manicure yesterday and was impressed with my manicure. I had many colors to choose from and was offered a complementary massage. Side note: Although I did not get a pedicure today, the seating is "booth" style which I did not like. I prefer a reclining chair when having my toes painted and massaged. read more

I've been seeing Ashley for almost a year & she always does a wonderful job. As a restaurant owner I always have gloves on or my hands in a sink of dishes. She uses the UV gel polish on me and it lasts 4 weeks easily! It's magic. The salon is super clean and there is plenty of parking. Pro tip: get a chair massage while you are there! read more

AWFUL NEVER GO HERE ! I have been going here for years twice a month. I have been a very loyal customer. I went in there today and they complained that I wasn't tipping my nail lady enough in front of the whole salon. I always tip $10 when getting a mani/pedi. I thought it was very rude and uncalled for. I will never be returning here again. The are always talking about you back and forth and whispering under their breath while doing your nails. I paid $155 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure with the chrome polish. I had it done on a Friday and by Sunday all of the chrome polish was peeling off. If the chrome isn't going to last as the gel polish does, I don't understand why they would charge for a gel manicure and pedicure. At least give me what I'm paying for. Had to go to a different salon and get a do over. The owner/manager also pressed me to use the ATM for a tip. I told her I would go where they don't charge me to use the ATM. Not impressed! Overpriced over 50 for a fill and it doesn't look good. Looks uneven and polish job is bad. They say its higher prices because they use top of the line products. In the past they messed up my nails twice and I didn't plan on going back. My regular salon charges half that for a fill but was all booked up for 3 days., so I figured to try again since it had been over 3 years. My husband got my daughter & I a gift card here for a mani pedi. We made an appointment for 1pm. They didn't start our nails until about 1:30-1:45. It was a clean, nice looking salon but the people were not very friendly. The woman I had argued with me about the color I selected & eventually convinced me to get a different color. I always pick a barely visible color because it always chips right away. She also convinced me to get the next level of pedicure for my calluses. She really ripped the skin off my feet! They are red and sore and missing skin in some places. My nails chipped in less than 24 hrs. We were there forever. My 7 year old did fine, but was super bored. I happened to be in East Greenwich and as much as I wanted to go to my usual spot VIP nails in North Providence, I didn't have time and was looking for a place around my location. Wouldn't you know, unbeknownst to me, they had opened a second location! I think that this particular location is very much similar to the original but even more sophisticated and chic. I couldn't believe how slow they were on a Friday afternoon but I imagine because it's new - they will be busy in no time! I got the honeymoon pedicure and gel French manicure. Yes, it's a bit pricier than some other spots but well worth it. The place is clean, the people are friendly and the service is very quick. A bonus as well, you can get a rewards card and build up $ to use off of services, I'm not sure of the points=cash but it does help. Additionally, there is someone that goes around and does a complimentary massage while you are getting your nails done and tries to offer a paid one, they aren't super pushy but the paid one does also take place while you are in the chair. My teenage daughter went to get nails done for a school dance and was taken full advantage of. They charged her 86.00 fir nails that were different lengths, and done poorly. I brought her back to the salon and asked for them to be redone or to get a refund. The person who I spoke to was completely unprofessional stating, they look good to me, and no I can't give you a refund. Language barriers can play a role in misunderstandings but the outcome was less than disappointing, and they were unwilling to try snd rectify the problem. My daughter worked very hard for that money and was very disappointed in the outcome. I will never go to this salon again. I didn't like how I hardly received a greeting. The nail technician was pressuring me to get a more expensive pedicure. When I said I just want the classic she hardly filed the skin on my heel and was quick to do the rest. Hardly a massage. Another salon in the area gives a great calf massage for ten minutes with a classic pedicure. Same price. I also wasn't thanked after I left a very nice tip. I'm not sure why I gave a generous tip. Great spot to get a manicure and pedicure or chair massage. Very clean, bright, and comfortable location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Following all the current Covid-19 precautions to make it feel safe and comfortable to receive services. The foot and hand massages are really well done. My nails are always neat and tidy when my service is completed. I do enjoy the chair massage from time to time but don't always have enough time for that additional luxury. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality and services they offer. They do offer free WiFi and have cool pull out drawers with cup holders if you bring a beverage. I'm not one for small talk and they always let me read my book while I get my pedicure. The place is very nicely decorated and sprinkled with flat screen TVs for entertainment. If you are in the area I'd recommend dropping in for a service. Sunny and Skylar are two nail technicians I can personally recommend for excellent service. A tip to save a bit of money is bring cash for your service. They offer 5% off if you pay cash which is better than any cash back or points card I personally own. I went to get a gel manicure on my lunch hour. I was greeted by the receptionist and guided to the nail tech that would be helping me. Apparently a short massage is complimentary and before I could even sit down the guy who gives the massages descended upon me. I was a bit overwhelmed as the nail tech is having me pick a color while I'm being shifted into a position that was better for a shoulder massage. The gel mani is $30-which is more reflective of the neighborhood than the quality. The tech would paint a couple nails at a time and cure them under the UV light which meant some nails spent much longer under the light than others. (Seeing as my whole hand goes under each time). This caused some creasing in my nails after she massaged oil into my hands. Unfortunately I didn't notice how bad it was until I got back to work. It's gorgeous inside and for the most part the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I was offered water or hot tea when I came in. I just expected a higher quality product. I have been to this salon several times for a dip powder polish. You are greeted when you walk in and the atmosphere is very friendly. It is clean, spacious and they have quite a few colors to choose from. It was very relaxing and I did not feel rushed, as this is important to me. She tried to skip steps in the process (wax stuff on my heals, dipping my hand in the hot wax which is my favorite part, and the oil/lotion massage on my hands). She wasn't courteous at all, and had a yelling tone the entire manicure asking me to adjust my hand in a position It was already in. She didn't walk me over to the dryer at the end or carry any of my things since my fingers were wet, but luckily I had someone with me who did that for me. I wasn't happy with her, but It didn't change my opinion about the place at all. If you get her, I would recommend asking for someone else, because It really changes your experience, especially if it's your first time trying to salon. read more

My friend had just lost her son so I treated her to a manicure and pedicure. The women Rina was so rough, instead of tapping the foot that has to go back in the water she would just push it. Every girl charges a different price , I've been there 3 times for same service, when I went for a fill and to fix 2 breaks the girl charged me 10 dollars less than the woman previously which was very weird. I went 2 weeks ago and the lady didn't want to do them long which I noticed no one likes to do long nails there , the nails warped a couple days later and I've had 3 nails pop off this week. First time the polish bubbled and went back 2x to fix but it kept doing same thing. They need more experienced nail techs there but the massage guy is great.
