I wasn't offered any different types of pedicures as is typical at other salons, and the whole pedi from start to finish was 20 minutes. This is usually the place I get my nails done at and they are good I went last week made a appt for a full set and pedi and they did good on my full set French manicure , then my pedi started I was rushed was told to get a express with out the massage I guess they were trying to close on time was asked did I want gel it dries faster I felt forced as she asked me a couple times , my big toe hurt and noticed when I got home I was bleeding !! If I could give a zero, I would. DO NOT GO. This was my first time going here. The girls were nice but the service was not. I had a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was so rushed because a regular customer of the technician came in and she wanted to work on her. It was not even 20 minutes and everything was done poorly. Then she turns me over to another tech who took and hour and three quarters to just get the nail color on correctly. It was a shame that less then five hours later the polish was off in places on all fingers some toes. And as I was leaving the bowl of water that she soaked my fingers in was passed to another customer. It was not cleaned and refilled they just passed it along. I wondered why the water was cold when I put my fingers in. Gross. I will not be going back. read more

The staff is very nice but only 2 stars because this place is absolutely filthy and dirty. It looks like it's NEVER been dusted, the trash cans were all overflowing, and there was dead bugs everywhere. I actually was shocked at how unclean this place was. And the women who painted my nails used a drill to file off my gel and damaged my healthy nails, she filed them down so thin. Also this is what my nails look like only 3 days after. We booked a reservation for 5pm for 3 people at a pedicure. We were asked to wait and finally at 5:25 they took us to the pedicure chairs. Only one of us had our pedicures done at that time, the other two had to wait until 5:40. We booked for 3 spa pedicures and then were told there wouldn't be enough time for everybody to get those done. A different lady came in at 5:30 for a 5:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 5:50. The pedicures were decent, and the calf massages were really nice. But, I wouldn't go back or recommend it. read more

I was looking for a local place to home for getting a mani and pedi before vacation and I was more than impressed by this place! The prices are SO reasonable and the quality is even better! I got a gel manicure which lasted more than 2 weeks and a classic pedicure which has lasted far more than that. The pedicure massage chair was relaxing and worked perfectly! I don't usually write negative reviews, but my last visit here changed that. I've been doing powder gel manicures for years. I travel a lot and have them in many places. Back home I went here two weeks ago, to get a "redo" before a two week trip. What a disaster it was! On the final filing one of the nails fell off! That was my clue as to what kind of product and service I was getting. Two days in to my trip the nails started chipping and peeling. I've never had such a bad gel manicure. Upon my return I tried to contact the manager and was told he'd be in - in five days. I found another salon...I won't be back here! read more

I usually love this place to get my nails done but do not go here for your eyebrows. They're incapable of getting them even and make them super thin no matter what you say. I have had problems the last couple times I've been and I'm sad to say they have now lost my business for both my nails and eyebrows. read more

Been coming to perfect nails for years now and I use to love it a lot. Went in last Sunday for a full set of acrylics (white tips). A lot of new workers, which one gave my sister attitude while she did her gels. It's now Friday and I already had 1 nail fall off and about 3 more headed in the same direction. The women who did them was rushing and probably did them within 15-20min because a big group of girls came in. I called for an appointment and was treated politely on the phone.I arrived the next day and was taken immediately ,I had a pedi with french polish ,I have somewhat unattractive feet,and the woman worked wonders! Her attention to detail was wonderful. I then moved to the nail chair and had a full gel set put on with gel french,again,the attention to detail was above my normal experience. My nails are beautiful,and more importantly what I had requested. The salon was immaculate,Sandy was sweet and fun to talk to. Went in for a fill and was told $17.00. The Nail Tech spent the entire time bashing local competition as well as a local landlord (not a good thing to do in such a small town, everybody knows everybody). He removed one nail and just used the acrylic fill and no replacement tip which I have never had done before but it looked fine so I didn't say anything. . I was told $17 when I walked in and when I went to pay, the price changed to $20.00. I have never had a salon not replace the nail and just put the fill on top of my own nail and then to charge me an extra $3 for this when he didn't even replace the nail???? He explained that the fill was what cost $3.00, not the nail and very loudly I may ad. Lost out on tip and will not be going back. read more

for two years this has been the nail place i would always go to. until today, that is. today i got a full set of acrylics, and the end result is atrocious as well as the process of getting here. i was cut with the sanding tool enough for me to bleed twice, as well as she cut my cuticles too short to a point where i was bleeding as well. my nails are crooked and bulky and the tips aren't sanded well. they are uneven, as well as lumpy and deformed. will not be coming here again. read more
