Our home was built in the early 1960s, a time when asbestos was a "miracle material." To bring this 2-story house in Orange County up to more modern standards, we decided to tackle the asbestos that affected every floor, including the attic. Erik was our project leader, which included working with the local Air Quality agency to follow expected procedures. Dishonest upsell. Provided licensed asbestos inspection report and got multiple bids for removal. It was a very small job and this company's price was in line with everybody else's. They even offered me a discount from what they quoted to get the job. Once on site, however, their story changed. They inappropriately expanded the scope from the licensed inspector, basically saying it was going from a $1550 job to a $6000 job. I hired another licensed removal vendor I found on yelp that same day and for $1500. Beware of this company! read more
