I've been eating Gallagher's for 40 years. The recipes changed the texture of the pizza, cooking technique, and a lot of their ingredients have also changed for the worst. Their fried chicken is totally small. The proportions have gotten smaller and the price has gone up. Although the basic recipe seems to be intact, their cooking technique has been poor. Unfortunately, this seems to be the pattern when a business is about ready to collapse financially. read more

Went here on June 16, 2023 at 1:15pm- What I like about this place is it is always clean I haven't been 2 this location in years. Normally when I go to this establishment it's over off Webster Avenue however... I went back to my roots. My wife and I when we would take a drive up north we always tried to stop in at this location. Love this place -highly recommended. The quality of food is very good. If u hit the lunch buffet, which I just hit the tail end of it... they do a great salad bar. They had some great choices of pizza, onion rings breadsticks and sauce, along with other food choices. Ordered an 18" thin crust...pepperoni, mushroom and onion. The toppings were ok, pepperoni was sparse and lacked any character. The real let down was the thin crust. It was very chewy. We asked for it well done and were hoping for a crispy crust...it was just chewy and lifeless...no pizza love here. Overall, it was edible but we are not going back. read more

Ordered the baked ravioli with extra meat sauce and extra cheese today for lunch - delivery. When it arrived the pasta was very chewy and undercooked. There was barely any meat in the sauce and it was very watery. This used to be so good with a rich flavorful sauce, plenty of meat and tender pasta. Now you can't even cut the ravioli with a fork and it sticks to your teeth. Very disappointing. We will not be ordering this again. Something has completely changed with this baked ravioli for sure. This is the second time we've ordered delivery and it's been an hour or more late. The first time they forgot one of our pizzas too. We call and get lied to that the pizzas are on their way. Ordered an 18" double sausage and pepperoni pizza, as well as a cod dinner, online using the Toast app. Very convenient to be able to pay using Apple Pay! The cashier was super nice when picking up the order. The order was ready when I walked in so the estimated time was on point. Love how well the cod dinner was wrapped. They have it in a box with a layer of aluminum foil to keep it warm. The pizza and cod were both fresh, hot, and delicious! read more

The 2 ladies both named Grace at the bar tonight were fantastic! Kept up with the traffic for pick ups as well as dining at the bar. The highlight of the dinner was the chicken noodle soup- it was one of the best chicken soups I've ever had, I hope to see it on the menu more often!! we also ate here earlier in the week for the buffet. Amazing pizza! We grabbed two large pizzas while visiting family. We opted for the monster and the chicken gourmet. The monster is like an extreme supreme pizza piled with all your favorites. The chicken gourmet had chicken, sliced tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning. While both pizzas were tasty, the chicken gourmet was just so refreshing. Food is awesome, but a month and a half ago they delivered 2 hours late. I called and they were going to take money off my bill. Lies. No money came off what my card was charged. I decided to try again because I like the food. Guess what? Late again. It has been almost an hour and a half and still waiting. Bad delivery service. Update, I ordered the pasta. Most of the noodles were bonded into a hard chunk. This place used to be amazing. It really went downhill on food quality and customer service. This location has restored my faith in the concept! In the last year I visited one of the Other Gallagher's locations for their lunch buffet and it was a bit of a let down. But this location was great! The service was great, no empty glasses in need of refills here, the pizzas were fresh and delicious, the bread sticks were nice and soft, and the wings were nice and moist. There are other items like soup, salad, and pasta on the buffet but I filled up on the other stuff. I'm sure they were equally wonderful in taste and quality. read more

We love getting Gallagher's Pizza at work and order delivery from this location frequently. Their pizzas are delicious, the calzones are exceptionally cheesy, and I've heard several people rave about the baked mostaccioli. Delivery is always prompt and the quality of their food is consistent. However, the last two times I've ordered one of their massive calzones, I've paid for - but did not receive - an extra side of marinara. When I caught it the second time, I even asked their delivery man and showed him the receipt, but he just said they never told him. It's mostly annoying because their calzones are that big and the marinara is that good. read more

I'm new in the area and am trying to get a feel for where the good pizza places are at. After reading a few relatively decent reviews, my wife and I decided to give this place a try. My wife prefers a "traditional" crust, whereas I prefer the thin cracker type crust. I went ahead and ordered my preference and thought the toppings were fresh and tasty. The cracker crust was thin and crispy just they way I like it. Yummy. The wife's pizza wasn't all that great. The dough was overly thick, doughy, not even browned, and cooked in an oven that was obviously not hot enough. Good traditional pizza crust requires a VERY hot oven upwards to over 900 degrees. I also tried a piece and also wasn't impressed. All-in-all the experience wasn't a complete disappointment. While my wife did not like her pizza, I certainly did like mine, which is why I choose to give this place three stars. read more

We are from Illinois and wanted to try a good pizza place while staying in Green Bay. (Go, Pack, Go) We're pleased to say WE FOUND ONE! We ordered the hand tossed Gyro pizza and a garlic cheese bread with marinara to get delivered to our hotel. BEST. PIZZA. EVER! Ha! Ordered: Breadsticks, cheese bread, large hand tossed meat lover's pizza, half with pineapple, and 4 sides of ranch. Big Winner: The Breadsticks!!! These gems are deep fried after they are baked, and they taste like a savory donut. They were otherworldly, they were so good. I cannot wait to have them again. Please, bring now. The cheese bread and pizza were also delightful, and I was especially happy with the generosity in amounts of sauce and toppings (I'm a sauce lover, and I am so bummed when it gets skipped). The pineapple along with the meat was a refreshing counterpoint. The crust on the pizza was toothsome and though it was thick, it did not feel like too much at all. When I first called Gallagher's on W. Mason St., the young girl that answered was extremely rude to me. She was very short with me and it seemed like she did not care to be there. Not only did it seem that she was annoyed that I ordered delivery, but she sighed over the phone when she picked up my call. Alao, i am very fearful for this generation because I asked her if she could add on a 20% tip for the driver and she did not know how to calculate that. in order to do that, she screamed, literally SCREAMED, at another employee named Sammy to help her. This was not just how to input the 20% Iin the system, but how to actually calculate 20% of my order. Also when I say screamed this child did not take the phone away from her mouth so I think I might have temperamental hearing loss. Gallagher's failed to deliver my order. I tried to call the West Mason location for help and to get the part of my order that was not delivered. The manager (Tammy) came on the line and said my food wasn't made then said they could get it made and out to me. When I questioned the pizza not being made, as I had waited for it for over an hour for my order, she got very heated and started yelling at me. She continued to yell at me, when I had not been rude to her in any way. She refused to help me with their failure of service. She continued yelling at me and abruptly hung up. When I called back she continued to yell at me, refused to confirm her name, and hung up on me. Extremely disappointing situation that she did not have to escalate to this level. Furthermore she stated she has blocked me from ever ordering from them again. Absolutely despicable behavior from the store manager that was on duty tonight. read more

The problem was the management, I went in with a group of 15-20 people and 1 waitress took the majority of the orders while other waitresses weren't doing much of anything.
