We tried to schedule this second filler injection and I missed two appts admittedly and paid a fee because I knew I was at fault for that, I'm an extremely busy working mother and I just kept getting swamped. So I booked a third follow up having also noticed that one whole section of my forehead looked like it wasn't even injected with Botox at all and there was just this one corner that had not been injected with Botox so now I needed to come in for that too So I go in for my appt and I'm about 10 minutes late but called to let them know I'd just gotten off work and would be a little late but apparently this pissed Mrs.Tuggle off or something because she was not like before, nice and professional. NOPE this time she was rude and rushed me and the worst part she jabbed my lips with the needle that felt dull and shoved filler in my lips sloppily and sit was actually PAINFUL! However, she put the peel on very lightly with a brush (instead of gauze) so I didn't get much stinging or peeling following the procedure. There are places on my body that I am not able to see, and even if I could see, I am not capable of discerning the health of the skin. This is why I went to a dermatologist. Come to find out that they assume you do not want a full body check and will only check your entire skin surface if you have a complaint. This is foolish. I the past I have had several pre-cancerous lesions and some that were cancerous removed from places I can easily see, but that I did not recognize as harmful or have any negative sensation such as redness, itching or pain. They say they only check parts of you that are exposed to the sun. Does skin cancer only effect those areas? No. This falls within the realm of "failure to diagnose" which can be a big problem for a provider. They should always perform a full body check unless you refuse to do so. While there, I had several spots frozen and two shaved off. Now three weeks later the spots that were frozen have returned. The technician did not freeze the area long enough to kill the skin cells. I have the impression that they are trying, but they have some areas that need improvement. The service was abbreviated and superficial. It feels like this place has shifted from being a dermatology office to a beauty spa. I guess you go to where the money is?

They are very friendly and what I love is that prior to any service they make sure you get a free consultation where you can get to know them and vice versa. My consultation was with the esthetician and the nurse who does Botox. I appreciated them being willing to answer all questions about their licenses and sanitation practices!! They also have their current licenses displayed in full view. The nurse, esthetician and front desk staff were all really friendly and made you feel welcome. I wasn't pressured to do anything the day of my consultation- and I made my appointment for a hydro facial the following week. They are pricey, so I decided to go for the monthly membership which brought my total down from $222 (yikes!) to $155.00. And I got 50% off first time service. The hydro facial was comfortable and I already see results with my skin- especially my forehead area that was pretty congested and now looks smooth. She was gentle but extractions always hurt so there's that. She showed me what was coming out of my pores, which I wanted to see. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them and this facial. Oh, and when I told her what products I was using + asking for recommendations, she wrote down what she would suggest AND didn't try to push products on me. Another Dr has to fix his mess and told me the rhinoplasty was the worst he's ever seen, along with the chin liposuction. He didn't go all the way through, he went half way, causing a double chin, which I didn't have before and I do not gain weight. I've been 120 since high school. He did not address the issues I asked. The tip was to be removed like the picture which was my main concern. Instead, the tip was left in tact, not even addressed, and he made my nose bulky and changed my nostrils which I did not ask for and my nose looks worse than it did originally. I went with him bc he was affordable but I realize now he's affordable bc he doesn't know faces. He did the surgery without addressing the actual issue and created an asymmetrical nose when it was symmetrical, all I needed was the tip removed. Don't go with this Dr just because he's affordable. I found a better Dr who charges more, however, his rhinoplasty reviews are all positive, not like here, most of these reviews are body surgeries, not the face. I would not recommend him if you want the results you pay for. The rhinoplasty completely destroyed my face and one nostril is bigger than the other. I recommend saving for a bit longer, don't choose this office just because it's affordable. You will get what you pay for and I know that now. He even yelled at me for calling him out and when I left the room, two patients waiting in the lobby told me they couldn't believe he raised his voice at me bc they heard him. This Dr destroyed my face, created asymmetrical nostrils, did not address the tip which the picture clearly showed was the only area to touch, destroyed my chin, which I had done to create a better jaw formation, instead now I have a double chin, and he lied before I paid, and after the surgery, said he couldn't promise results. If you want results, go elsewhere. This Dr lies, doesn't address the issue, and yells, which is unprofessional. Worst mistake of my life and now I'm botched and I have to get it redone by a more experienced Dr.
