I really wish I would have read some of these reviews prior to dealing with Bentley Indianapolis…read more(Coast to Coast) however I opted to reading a bit about the owners (Barham Family) which was fairly complementary. Boy, was I misled. The salesman I dealt with was Austin Campbell. Initially he seemed like an honest young man however turned out a typical car salesman only interested in making the most money up front with no post sales help. In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan. I will not go into any of the negotiations as there wasn't any. "Here's the price" period. I had a friend. I had a friend drive me down to pick it up about 110 miles from my home. About 70 miles into the drive home a warning light and message came on saying the brake pads needed replaced. I emailed the salesman and he said he would check with the service manager. I reached out to a couple of respected dealers in my area and told them my story. All said that to they would do the right thing to maintain customer satisfaction. After much no response from emails and calls I wrote to Austin Campbell and the GM Moe Barham. I was able to find a qualified mechanic to replace the pads for a fair price of $423.70 and requested reimbursement for this. No response received from either addressee. All and all a very bad experience and much respect lost of this dealership, Barham family and Austin Campbell. Pleas note that I refrained from writing this review for quite a number of weeks giving the dealership time to respond and do the right thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Only to be told let's just part ways because I didn't want to remain in the car I had already spent enough on. Great sales guy Eddie and payment processor Angelique. I will definitely take my money elsewhere with no problem I wish them the best of luck with the poor customer service they offered me after issues came up.

If you do not have the right answers or have no power to do anything out of being a receptionist, instead of raising your voice & hanging up on me, it's called contacting your manager Abraham - I treat others in customer service respect, I work in trouble support, so I know it was nothing about how I couldn't remember what manners are-. Can't blame ms. Renee too much after meeting the trainer Abraham "the manager" possible owner- name of company kind of give it away sir. Anyway, Honest Abes is just that they hold up to their word. Just about 30 days with a 2009 Acura TSX- Engine was gone. Honest Abes promised as is. We got as is. And your out of $ & a car. Even during a 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, we are stranded in Ohio for visiting our Grandfather for Christmas the last time, as of right now losing a $22 hr paying job in Indiana. I hope when you think you're going to get a reliable car for your family, don't waste your stimulus check here! Or you'll get the 2020 treatment! Honestly!

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a vehicle I purchased from your dealership…read more At the time of purchase, I was in urgent need of transportation due to issues with my current vehicle and the responsibility of transporting my granddaughter to and from school. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicles I viewed was concerning, and one that I test-drove had significant noise issues that resembled a much larger mechanical problem. Due to my circumstances at the time, I proceeded with the purchase. However, shortly after, it became clear that the vehicle had serious mechanical issues. Within weeks, the car became inoperable and remained unusable for approximately a year until I could afford to repair the timing chain. I did reach out regarding this matter, but did not receive any assistance or resolution. This experience has left me feeling that the condition of the vehicle may not have been fully disclosed at the time of sale. Sidenote, his receptionist is a con artist as well. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS USED CAR BUSINESS.

Coolant leaks, hood latch failure, warning lights, half the time it wouldn't start, a bunch of big cosmetic issues, bad battery, bad brakes. I reached out to the dealership with concerns about the issues with the vehicle and I was told if I didn't take the car back to them on their time and schedule (dealer is 2 hours away and offers no rental car assistance and this was my only transportation) that they would "Come get the vehicle themselves and keep my full $7000 down payment." I had to reach out and file a complaint with the attorney general and the secretary of state, who also found out that they forged signatures on legal documents. While I had open cases and also trying to estimate and figure repair cost, these people called a towing company with a fraudulent repossession certificate to try to steal the car and keep my money. Luckily the secretary of state forced them to refund my down payment and arrange for the dealer to pick up the vehicle with my money in hand. This same vehicle is now listed back on their website just a few days later (there is no way they fixed the issues I had with it in such a short time), AND THEY RAISED THE PRICE FROM $15,000 TO OVER $17,000. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
