I really wish I would have read some of these reviews prior to dealing with Bentley Indianapolis (Coast to Coast) however I opted to reading a bit about the owners (Barham Family) which was fairly complementary. Boy, was I misled. The salesman I dealt with was Austin Campbell. Initially he seemed like an honest young man however turned out a typical car salesman only interested in making the most money up front with no post sales help. In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan. I will not go into any of the negotiations as there wasn't any. "Here's the price" period. I had a friend. I had a friend drive me down to pick it up about 110 miles from my home. About 70 miles into the drive home a warning light and message came on saying the brake pads needed replaced. I emailed the salesman and he said he would check with the service manager. I reached out to a couple of respected dealers in my area and told them my story. All said that to they would do the right thing to maintain customer satisfaction. After much no response from emails and calls I wrote to Austin Campbell and the GM Moe Barham. I was able to find a qualified mechanic to replace the pads for a fair price of $423.70 and requested reimbursement for this. No response received from either addressee. All and all a very bad experience and much respect lost of this dealership, Barham family and Austin Campbell. Mercedes 2020 550 SL. Arrived with a broken wheel. Dealer said it must have happened during delivery (ON A FLAT BED!) Wheels were aftermaker. It's been months finding replacements. Haven't gotten to use the car yet. Dealer couldn't find second key. Told me to replace it and send receipt. I can NOT get a return call or email regarding the key cost. My experience with this Dealer is beyond poor. I'm used to Merecedes dealers which are top notch. Assumed a bentley dealer would be honorable. Found a unit on carguru located at Coast to Coast. Negotiated price and terms. I signed the buyer's agreement but they would not. After multiple requests, still they would not. I was not about to place a deposit and travel from Nashville to Indianapolis only to be told the it vehicle was not available or some other lie. When I purchased the car I traded in my old car. I asked for a temporary plate and they told me I could just take my old plate since they would be transferring it for us so we wouldn't have to pay to register the new car. So for a YEAR we have been driving around with an unregistered car and the only reason I found out was because the plates expired and when I went to renew it the car didn't appear under my name online. I go in to the BMV and they said dealerships do this often and people like me walk in daily. So the plates were never transferred and I had to pay double and was fined because of it. To top it off the guy at the BMV said that had I gone in when I first purchased it I would've gotten a credit for what I had paid on the registration of the car I traded in. Call coast to coast so they could make this right and refund me the fees I'm being charged due to their misinformation and their response is " there's nothing we can do for you." I wouldn't even give one star.. Worst experience ever... Bought a 2020 Porsche Boxster. They said it was in pristine condition, rims and tire like new no damage to rims. They hire the transport company and it gets delivered at 945 on Saturday night.. Delivery was to be Saturday at 11:00 am. Driver didn't know how to start the car so then he tries to move off trailer with chalk blocks and tie downs till on it... We get it off and car is undriveable. He broke the height sensor off when drove over the chalked tire ripped the belly pan. now we are told to take delivery and the dealership would make good. The next day i call and the tires are bold and the front brake pads very low and rim is scuffed. The driver climbed in window stepped on heated seat and damaged the trim on the window. I had to chase dealership and spoke to every loser there they sent a check for 1300 out of 3350 in damages the rest is one me. Beware when buying a car from these people they do not stand behind there cars and they want me to put in an insurance claim for stuff they should of taken care before the car was sold. All I can say is at least he was consistent with his threat ... He did sell it for more to someone else, not caring for all I had to do to get my own financing and time spent, etc, or even offering a reasonable explanation. They do not honor clients. They have a nice presentation but, multiple premium $100k+ cars in their showroom have "clean titles" but hidden damage. I once pointed out obvious damage (peeling paint, plastic pieces in tail light, poor bumper alignment, etc) on an orange Audi R8. It was bad... and they were asking 10% more than what a pristine R8 is worth. I told the manager there and he played it off as if he was scammed by the auction place. Either they're inept at inspecting cars they buy or they're scamming customers, either way, BUYER BEWARE. Don't get excited when buying your first premium day car or exciting weekend super car.... they prey on people who are wide eyed in excitement. ***Take the car to a third party inspection place before buying from Coast to Coast*** They will probably bully you and say their shop does a good job inspecting but DO NOT believe them. Do your due diligence, don't get scammed. 2/5 and not 1/5 because if you know how to inspect cars, not get tricked by salesman, and will get the car inspected by a 3rd party mechanic, then you may find a decent car there. Purchased a Mercedes GLS 450 and was not impressed with the whole experience. First they sell you a warranty that comes up short when you use it since it is not taking In to consideration Mercedes prices. Also the car didn't have any mats so the sales person said he would take care of that, what we got was plastic cheap mats that he has to pay out of his own money. The detailing in the car was horrible! It still had gum in a cup holder when they gave us the car, again the sales rep had to do the cleaning. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for luxury treatment and luxury cars. Go to your local dealership as we have had the best experience going there. I admit it, the dealership got me, I did not do my homework regarding the extended warranty. I bought the car in February 2016 and purchasing the car was easy, I knew what I wanted. It is when I went to use my extended warranty that I ran into problems. The Check Engine Light came on and without hesitation I took the car to the my Mercedes dealership and gave them my warranty account number. My service Advisor called me back and said your extended warranty does not exist. At the time I lived 3 hours away so could not just drop in and raise hell. And the saga begins. March 2016 C2C Finance : it takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds (1700.00). Warranty company: it takes about a month for us to get the funds. April 2016 C2C Finance : it takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds. Warranty company: your warranty does not exist, oh and we would no have offered a warranty for your car anyway. So they will have r refund you your money. May 2016: C2C Finance : it takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds. Warranty company: Your warranty does not exist. My finance company: we would love to help you but you will have to work with the dealership. Me to C2C: can I speak to the manager? C2C: you will have to talk to the finance department, the manager doesn't with with contracts. C2C finance: It takes a few weeks for the warranty company to get the funds. June 2016 ....... I know, I should have called the BBB, hired a lawyer but at the time I was retiring from the military, moving across the country and just did have the time or energy to fight this. I have bought two vehicles from Coast to Coast. It's interesting reading the negative reviews here. Here's some news for them: You are buying a used car and it's not going to be perfect. The reason people go to C2C is to buy used luxury cars for a fraction of their new price. The guy complaining about his Mercedes S-series having a leaky headlight almost certainly paid 1/2 of the new price ($100K or so) on an S-series with 20-30K miles on it. And he's complaining about a leaky headlight? The same guy is complaining about his car not having an option package that he thought it had. Here's an idea - do more due diligence before buying a $50K used car that was $100K new. C2C specializes in low mileage luxury cars that are 2-5 years old. They have massively depreciated so the first owner has eaten those huge losses. You are getting *amazing* deals on very expensive luxury cars. They are not going to be perfect - you can pay $5K-$15K more for the same used car at the dealer if you want a warranty. read more

This isn't the first negative experience I've had here which is why I have decided to write a review. It is no coincidence that that no matter how many people are on staff, I get ignored. Keeping in mind I have purchased a vehicle from their fishers location already, I would think it shouldn't be too difficult to get some help. We stood next to the car we are interested in ( parked right up front) for over 20 minutes as associates stood by and watched us and occasionally helped other customers, never acknowledging us. After this happened I finally approached an associate and asked if they could get keys to unlock the vehicle. The associate went inside to get the keys and next thing I know he is walking around outside with another customer. We waited for another five minutes and at this point we decided to leave because our business clearly isn't wanted. read more

We got our Mercedes C class from them last year. We loved the car. We gave the guy who's name is Fadi a hard time until we found the car we like. Because of his patient and dedication we got the car that we love. He took care of us when we went back for service after hit a pothole and he took care of everything. Was a good experience. After one year we went again looking for a bigger car. We found out that Fadi has left to Vegas for good and we tried to work with the new guys but we couldn't find a car that was good for us. Keep in mind...these guys are used car salesmen. Don't make my mistake and skip an independent inspection. I spent over 100k to buy my dream car from Coast to Coast, and trusted them when they said that it had just passed an inspection at a factory dealership. Got it home and discovered that the windshield wiper didn't work (the splines between the arm and the drive mechanism were wrecked). I reached out to see if they would offer to fix it, and never got a response from management. It cost me $900 to repair the problem so that the car was safe to drive. Caveat emptor. read more

As a Vice President of a local business, I was allowed to purchase any vehicle I wanted for my company car. I selected the Mercedes S550 for purchase. The salesmen Ian told us the car was built with the P2 package which also included Bluetooth, Satellite radio and an iPod Integration system. We were only allowed to test drive the car down the road and back, which should have been our first indication, we decided to purchase the vehicle. I asked Ian why my phone wouldn't connect to the bluetooth and was told that it was probably just a problem with my phone. The day I showed up to purchase the vehicle, 10/24/14, I was in a hurry to get the vehicle and return for an evening meeting in Columbus, Ohio. On the drive back to Ohio, I called Ian and asked him where the iPod plug-in was located and he informed me it was in the glovebox. After pulling off the highway to investigate, I found the cable to be non-exsistant in the vehicle. Today I took the vehicle to the local Mercedes dealership armed with the sale bill given to me by the staff at Coast 2 Coast. Mercedes pulled up the original build sheet from the factory and showed me that the car was actually a P1 vehicle which books for about $3500 less than the P2 and the options listed on the sales sheet from C2C do not exist in any way, shape or form on the vehicle sold to me as being a P2 model. I emailed all the paperwork from the dealership and Mercedes back to the sales guy and asked them to either refund all of our money for the vehicle or at least pay for the options to be installed by the local Mercedes dealership. The salesman and his manager, informed me that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the car is exactly what they state it is before taking the vehicle and that they are not responsible if the vehicle being sold does not match the actual vehicle being described. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Our firm was planning on making C2C the purchasing place for all of our fleet cars but not after this little scam. Gave them the chance to make it right and they just dared me to turn it into our legal department; which I appropriately will. The BBB and Attorney General will be contacted for "theft by deception" charges as we were sold a vehicle which was stated in all emails and paperwork as being a P2 package with listed options when in fact the vehicle did NOT have these options and Mercedes verified the vehicle is ONLY a P1 option vehicle. Prior to my first visit, I wasn't aware of this dealership. My husband and I went to look at cars a year ago and he found this place when looking for Lexus cars in a certain car price range on a one of the popular online car apps. They had a decent selection of import cars. We didn't happen to like what they had in stock for Lexus, but the salesman ended up listening to our needs and suggested some alternatives that were even better. I ended up walking out the door with a Mercedes, which I would have never even test drove without the suggestion. I love the car. The miles were amazingly low. It has been a great car. In fact, I was in a rear end collision by a very large vehicle this spring and the car held up and likely saved me and my daughter from worse injuries that we got. Most cars would have been totaled in the same accident, but the Mercedes held up very well. I am extremely pleased that this is the car I had bought. If my car had not been able to be fixed after the accident, I would have driven right back up to C2C Imports and had them find me a similar car to replace it. I give the location 4 stars instead of 5 because of the check out process. Our sales person was amazing. But once we had selected our car, we had to wait a significant amount of time for the manager and finance person to get the paperwork together to finish the transaction. We did not want to purchase any of the warranty or extras and paid cash for the car. I am not sure if this was a cause for the hold-up or not. But there there a lot of people in the dealership on the day we bought and we were made to wait till the very last out of all the people in the lobby to complete our paperwork. It seemed like a little bit of an unnecessarily long process to finish the deal to get out of there. So I am mentioning this as a way for them to pick up that last star. I purchased my vehicle from this establishment in 2016, referred my mom in 2017, who also bought a vehicle. Good thing, we bought extended warranties. I had to replace my bearings and wheel assembly last year and my mother has to have hers repaired this year. I have a Lexus and she has an Infiniti SUV. My main reason for purchasing is because of their guarantee to service your vehicle 1/2 the price of the dealer. Lies Lies Lies!!! Either of us have taken our vehicles there because their service guy is never available and repairing at half the price is not true. We both received better follow ups from the dealership. Unfortunately, when I drove up to check it out, I was informed that the online price was incorrect - the car was marked a few thousand dollars more than advertised. They were nice enough to meet me in the middle, which I appreciated. Everything else went well except for one thing. The car has been great, but I was promised that they would install a new fog light on the car where one was broken when I bought it. They said they had to order the part and once it came in they would install it for a great price. They informed me when the part had come in and said I could have it installed at their new southside location when it opened. Unfortunately, they never did anything after that, and after I left several messages (with a person or on a machine) without response I just gave up on it. read more

First let me say, I bought a used car; I don't expect it to be perfect. I expect to have issues; thus the reason I bought an extended warranty with the car, which has a 90 day waiting period. However, I bought a BMW because they have a history of being well built and lasting for many miles. On September 16, 2017, I purchased a 2008 BMW 135i. On my way home the check engine light came on. I emailed the salesman, George, to inform him. He told me to bring it back to Coast to Coast or take it to the BMW dealership. I now have a $5100.00 repair bill before I have made my first payment on the car. The engine was covered in sludge and needed to have some parts replaced and the engine cleaned. I have difficulty in believing Coast to Coast did not know that there were issues with the engine; they claim to diagnose the car and repair anything before a sale occurs. I have contacted Owen, the finance manager, and he has not called nor emailed me back. Before I purchased the car, George, the salesman, was texting me every day to get me to take a test drive. After the sale? Radio silence. He hasn't called to see if I like the car or how it's performing. During the financing process, Owen was telling me how good the customer service is at Coast to Coast and they always take care of their customers. They could not have been nicer when I was purchasing the car. Now they want nothing to do with me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted an attorney to determine if Coast to Coast was required to thoroughly diagnose the car and if they were required to disclose problems to me. I have also contacted the IN Attorney General's office to file a complaint. Do not go to this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership to friends nor family. I believe they are dishonest. If I could give this business -5, I would. @harrison279 (dm for pics) is a friend of mine. A salesman without permission took his car(2007 Mustang Shelby GT)on a joyride and crashed it into a tree. @harrison279 had left his car at the dealerahip while test driving one of their's for a weekend. They did end up buying his car after wrecking it( they had no choice). Our autobody guy said the car was totaled and if someone did try to fix it, the car would not be safe due to the amount of horsepower (550+) and the repairs needed. Well.....Coast to Coast now has that same car for sale on their website with a clean carfax. No accident reported! A clear cut case of fraud! Coast to Coast knows the car was wrecked because they wrecked it. This is 100% true. I don't write reviews but this one is well deserved! read more

You decide: paid top dollar for a Panamera after being comforted by lots of good reviews on Cars.com. The car was described as " like new, no impending needs of service or repair. " I obtained their own inspection report which said the car needed alignment, a wheel lock key, had abroken window switch and was 9 months into a 12 month change cycle (they advertise all consumables with less than 50% life left are replaced.) None of this was done and repeated emails and phones calls to Moe Barham (owner?) and Randy Hanna, sales manager to get reimbursed have been fruitless. Moe has not responded to anything other than my first email assuring me they were doing everything they could to help with my other problem. Phone calls and emails are unanswered. That other problem was the transport company they hired to deliver my car vaused $4000 damage to the car. Since delivery Sept 29 I have been trying through Coast to Coast and the transport company to get reimbursed. Coast said, after apparently making a couple of calls, they could do no more. At one point in early Dec my salesman said a check was either in the mail or being cut . It's now Feb and no check. The transport company at one point gave me the number of their insurance company saying I had to file the claim. Turned out that company had ceased doing business with the transport co prior to delivery of my car. In any event I am, four months later, still trying to recover damages and getting zero help from Coast to Coast. One star ia generous. read more

Greasy doesn't even begin to describe this place. The owner looks like he stepped out of 1975 with his silk shirt and horrendous shoes and he treats the customers horrendously. We went in to look at a Porsche, it was in "okay" condition, some tears in the leather and not that many features. He tried to lowball us on our BMW trade and wouldn't even consider negotiating. He wasn't aware of all of the offers that our military bank GUARANTEES and tried to renig on that deal as well. When we told him we were looking at comparable cars in the area at a better price point, he looked at us with disdain and said "then why are you here?" To say he was a DOUCHE would be an understatement. So we took our pre-approved loan to Maserati of Indianapolis and we couldn't be happier. They were great guys, offered us $1500 MORE for our BMW, knocked a couple Benjamins off the Porsche and my husband scored a sweet deal on a 911 convertible. This guys were horrible, I wouldn't even buy a Kia from them, much less a "high end" car. It's all smoke and mirrors folks, buy elsewhere. Oh yeah, their website is a joke, the dealer is located in a questionable neighborhood (which probably explains why 1/2 their cars had flat tires) and there were no hot women. Good selection of nice cars, however, service department could not recognize a mechanical issue it took less than 5 minutes of research to find and confirm. Or they did not want to fix it at their expense. And their customer service is about the worst of any business with which I have worked. No follow up with phone calls, questions, etc. Trying to cancel extended warranty contract has been virtually impossible between the dealership and the warranty company. First it takes 30 days, then 45, then cancellation sent to wrong company and on and on. Too bad. Could have been a far better car buying experience. Now I will never buy used again. read more
