I came in to check out a BMW X5 and maybe trade in my Highlander. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and super accommodating. I had to run to the BMV in order to get my title cleared on my old vehicle. When I got there I needed 1 more document for proof of residence which was back at the dealership. Ray went above and beyond and had one of the guys meet me at the BMV with the document I needed. When I got back Ray had already started the paperwork so I was in and out of there in under an hour.
