I bought a car here over a year ago different people running the place at the time. I'm not sure if that was the case but the people that are there now are not helpful. Someone crashed into me I paid honest Abe off and they tried selling me a car that was already crashed with $170,000 miles on it. They had to jumpstart the car in front of me. Rene one of the front desk people went out of her way to call me to disrespect me and my dead parents. Saying they need to teach me manners. I was frustrated like any other customer would be. I was dealing with my wreck since 9/11 2021 I finally got a new car and it wasn't from honest Abe. Just want them to know they lost business with me. They lied to me several times cause it was clear they didn't wanna help. All the information they told me was just to benefit them. They didn't care about me for a second. I just want you guys to know your competition 4 minutes down the road got my business and I'm going to tell all the people who I wanted to refer here to go somewhere else. Horrible experience!! Purchased my daughter a Jeep from Honest Abe on Keystone ave in December, in June the engine goes out! I made every payment on time, poured in countless dollars because it was an as is truck. When the engine went out I asked them if I could transfer the remaining balance owed which was only around $2500 to another vehicle,they told me they needed to have their mechanic check it out first!! I had the vehicle towed to the shop and after 1 week of not hearing from them, I called them and they said the mechanic still has not looked at it. After another week I call, and they tell me the mechanic still has not looked at it! Week 3 I call, you guessed it, the mechanic still has not looked at it! Now I take responsibility for my bad decisions simply because I knew something was up when I purchased the vehicle! Before I test drove it they said they had to make a repair because it was leaking antifreeze, I later found out that the repair consisted of them cutting a hose and clamping it back on! I found this out while having to replace the radiator! Now the engine is gone! I'm disappointed not only in myself but this horrible car Lott that takes advantage of their customers!! read more

I wish I didn't have to give this place a star at all. Worst experience ever at the keystone location..I was lied on and disrespected by the manager Faris. I should've known when I mentioned an issue my mechanic found and he said men try to get over on "attractive" women.. just for him to be the man that tried to get over on me. He lied to the owner and said I told him good luck finding my car, picked it up because he had to protect their merchandise so he said.. then lied and said I took the gps off of it. This was a month after giving 2900 cash. He denied me the owners contact info and said he would be embarrassed to be my deceased father.
